I have been going to All That Glitters for at least a year now. I get my acrylic nails done by Heather and my nails have literally never looked better. She always asks me about how they are doing and if I want to change anything, and tells me about any new colors they have at the salon. Before I came to Heather my acrylics were always too thick which made them look super fake, and would always break. Now they look so natural and I can't remember the last time I had a break. She also uses an amazing top coat that doesn't absorb color so my nails never get a merky tint, no matter what I have my hands in. I have also gotten my brows microbladed by Shaina. I was really really nervous bc it is on my face, but quickly felt better as I could tell she was a true perfectionist. She mapped out my brows and I was able to look at them, and she made sure I loved the shape before she started. Previous to this my eyebrows were SO blonde, that it looked like I had none when I had no makeup on. Now after having them done by Shaina I feel so much more confident when I have no makeup on. They look SO realistic and I absolutely could not be happier with the results and the service. If you've been thinking about getting your brows done, this is the woman to go to. The rest of the staff has always been super friendly. Lee at the front desk always greets me so kindly and they always get me a cup of coffee which I love. I've never gotten my color done there, but I always see their stylist doing really pretty hair when I'm in there! After doing much research on finding a hair colorist/ hair color specialist I am SO glad I found Sarah. From our beginning interactions even prior to our appointment Sarah was extremely personable, and helpful.

When getting to my appointment Anna gave me a tour of the salon, made me a bomb cup of coffee and set me up with paperwork to fill out (which interestingly included a lot of get to know you questions. I’ve never been to a salon that genuinely cares enough to get to know you as a person so that definitely warmed my heart to see and reconfirmed i made the right choice in going here.) The best way I can describe the energy in this salon is like a sleepover with the friends who know how to bring you out of your shell. Good vibes and comfort all around.

When meeting Sarah in person I feel we clicked right away and I was instantly comfortable with her, she definitely has one of those personality’s that people tend to gravitate towards. Before doing my hair, she went over my inspo pictures with me and asked me both what I liked and disliked about every detail in the photos just so she could give me the exact result I wanted. Sarah is a much more patient person than I am considering how many times I told her “I don’t know” when referring to shades and placement but nonetheless she was happy to explain different options that were tailored to my wants and very knowledgeable in backing them up. I have been to this salon twice. The first time was in April of 2021. I had grown my hair out for nearly two years after a disaster of a haircut. I worked with Justine, who is trained specifically to work with curly hair. I was very cautious about length being taken off and she worked with me to get target a specific measurement that would work for me. Having gained my trust I returned and wanted to go slightly shorter cut than my previous visit. Instead of being given time and consideration, my hair was hastily chopped at. I mentioned that it seemed too long, it should have just been to my shoulder, but was well past it. She "confirmed" the length with a ruler, in one of the few places she did cut near to the requested length of 8 inches. When I got home and could look, there was a dramatic difference in length from one side to the other. I took some photos of the overall difference and the hair measured out in various places to demonstrate the issue. I emailed the salon with my concerns and asked for either a recut or a refund. I was given a refund along with a response blaming me for wanting my hair cut while it was wet. That as a salon they believe curly hair can only be cut dry; that it is impossible to cut wet hair to a consistent length...
