Line is way too long to end up with a terrible drink. I ordered 2 Venti Iced Matcha Lattes with 8 scoops of matcha, 2 pumps of vanilla and cold foam in one of them. By the time I finally got to the window I was still waiting to get my drinks. Then when the girl handed the first drink to me it looked so light in color (usually when I get these drinks DAILY they are dark green even WITH the cold foam on top). I said to her that doesn’t look right. She proceeded to tell me multiple times that it’s because of the cold foam mixing throughout the drink and was reluctant to take it back. So I finally said “fine I’ll just add more matcha when I get home.” After I said that she finally said “do you want me to make it again?” and I refused because by that time I had enough sitting there bickering about the drink. I drank it and it hardly had any matcha flavor at all. I could only taste the milk. Even when I got home and added more matcha it still wasn’t the same since Starbucks uses a different type of matcha mix. I shouldn’t have had to go home and use my own ingredients. Read more7/22/25 update Really tried to give this place a chance, but it just keeps getting worse. Everything I said below is still true, and today I show up to get a mobile order in-store and find that it's closed for a four-hour staff meeting (from the sounds of it, some kind of party). No notice on the app, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. Had to stand at the drive-though window to ask about my order. They brought it out to me, and to top it all off the egg bites came with a big hair (wish I was making that up). No garbage bins outside either, so guess I will just leave the trash on the table outside.
Think I'm done with this location. They clearly have other priorities than customers. Enjoy your party, guys.
