If I could give this location at 11404 US HWY 301 ZERO stars I would thanks to the experience I had with “Shay” she lied receipt says her name is Paula, I would. Miss Paula was so rude and unprofessional! I’ve not experienced this horrible of customer service in a very very long time. I understand everyone has off days or bad days but Paula seems as if this is her attitude consistently! She comes off very rude, arrogant, condescending and defensive. I prepaid and ordered 3 dozen donuts last night to pick up this morning at 5:30 am for my son’s 10th birthday for his class mates. When I got to the speaker she already sounded as if she had an attitude. I still went ahead and said why was there and that I wanted another dozen donuts, which apparently was a problem. By the time I got to the drive up window she rudely says you didn’t pay. And I said no I did pay, she then stated rudely do you have a receipt? I said no I don’t but I can pull up my account on my phone to show you, not realizing I had the receipt on the front seat of my car. As I was going to pull up my account and as Paula continually stated I did not pay I noticed my receipt on my front seat. I provided the receipt and she then rudely told me the amount I needed to pay for my additional order. She was still going on about the payment of my preorder I said well I would not tell you I paid if I didn’t. She rudely says well I’m doing my job and I’m not losing my job. I said that’s fine but you don’t have to be rude; then she says as she shoves my order at me you’ve been rude the entire time! I said sweetie I’ve not gotten rude with you once! I asked her what her name was and she rudely said Shay and slammed the window. I pulled up to the stop sign and sat for about 15-20 mins emailing the general manager, I was not blocking the drive thru people where able to get around. As I’m completing my email I guess Paula complained to a customer who decide to take it upon themselves to honk at me and begin cussing at me. I will be making a complaint about Paula and this Dunkin on any every platform I can find. The unprofessionalism I experienced was so disheartening and I will definitely NOT be back at this location and I would honestly like to see some type of apology or reprimand to Paula. Looking at other reviews it appear maybe Dunkin needs to get their employees some training in customer service. I’m not saying the customer is always right but they definitely need to learn how to talk to people. Maybe take a class...
Read moreI've been coming to this Dunkin for a long time and there is always something wrong with the order regardless of if youu go through drive through or order inside. A few weeks ago an employee by the name of Kytzi (on the reciept) messed up my drive through order and was extremely rude. She not only messed up the order but was rude when I told her and then rung up the items she missed and made me pay for them again which was inconvenient and not goof customer service. Today when we went inside she was also the same person ringing us up. She was distracted and had a very anti work attitude saying "after this I'm going outside to meditate." She scratched her head with her gloved hand. Not on the hair net but through it onto her scalp. If the manager reads this look at the cctv video for around 1:30. She took our order and messed it up again she also appeared angry while yaking the order. I asked for 3 sandwiches and to add ham to the sandwiches. She rang up one sandwich and 3 ham. I didn't notice until I got the order back. I told the girls behind the counter to ask for my food and they were very nice about it. It appeared that they told her what happened and they relayed that since i had already paid for the ham I only had to pay for the rest of the sandwiches. That was ridiculous and I told them that it was her mistake and you could see that she heard me but was too distracted and preoccupied to care. They said they would make the sandwiches and she said she would "I guess pay for them" which as a statement did not sit right. Very disappointed in the service for the past few days and I hope the problem gets resolved by management that was strangely absent when I asked for management. Do not go here unless you want to be treated...
Read moreI went through the the drive thru ordered 3 iced latte 1 hot latte 2 2for 3 egg and cheese McDuffie sandwiches and 2 donuts. We waited at the stop sign as directed, a worker came over and stated they were out of sesame bagels so I ordered a plain bagel. A worker came out and handed over what was believed to be the order. But the order was wrong. I had to park and go in. I was handed 1 order of the 2 for 3, no bagel, no donuts, and all four drinks missing. I explained the situation to the Mgr who seem already frazzled. She attempted to correct the order but couldn't even make the latte herself she had to call upon Dilton who was super professional and made the drinks correctly. In addition, the Mgr had to ask for his help to make the 2 for 3 sandwiches that were missing. Mgr stated that she had two new hires running the drive thru. While we waited, we asked for ketchup to be told they were out for me to ask another employee who gave me four packets. While still waiting as Dilton worked diligently to correct the order, a female employee struggling to make a smoothie dropped an ice cream scooper on the floor, picked it up and put right back where it was ready to be used to serve ice cream without washing or even attempting to rinse it off. What the hell? Dilton was praised for his good work but it seemed he was the only one that could do his job not even the Mgr could take charge, direct the staff or correct the issue. The staff is a reflection of mgmt and if she doesn't have together or make decisions in the best interest of the company it will carry show as it did this morning. The whole process took approximately 40 minutes. This experience was enough to deter me...
