As you can see in the picture I ordered a walk in pick up order upon arrival I was rudely told by an employee that the lobby was close and that I was going to have to get in line at the drive-through which we're busting out of the seams, I mean this drive thru was going around the parking lot 2 times. If I wanted to go through the drive-through I would have went there at the beginning I wouldn't have came up and I wouldn't have hit walking on the app I would have hit drive-through don't you think. So I was forced into getting into the drive-through to get my order, which I didn't do. My wanted to drink came out not only did he not disuse the situation he basically told me he had no control over having that walk on button or walk in button on the app on the app they have no control over that they were just so busy they didn't want to open the lobby up and have more orders coming in different ways they wanted everybody just as pile in into the drive thru because they know that half of them wouldn't go throw it like myself. Sadly I'm I'm leaving a one star review like like everybody else it seems due to poor management skills lack of customer service what do I mean lack of there was none, The people over at corporate agree with me I shouldn't have been forced in getting my drink through the drive-through when I placed it through walking but you know what who who wins at the end of this not me but you know what who cares hopefully somebody reads this review and doesn't go there because guess what it'll probably save you a whole bunch of stress time time and to be well worth it to go somewhere else I...
Read moreI go to this Dunkin because it is the only one between my house and work so I don't have a ton of options. I have a pleasant experience about 50% of the time. Other times, my bagel with extra cream cheese has enough cream cheese on it for one bite, my coffee is nasty, they are out of everything or "can't use that machine today". It HAS gotten better since I guess they got new ownership a few months back but I still leave there most of the time telling myself to just stop going! Over the last few times I have gone, my biggest complaint has been my coffee. Sometimes it's DELICIOUS and just how I want it. But most of the time, I can't even choke it down. I've noticed that on those days, there is one specific employee who makes my coffee. I couldn't figure out what was going on until today. I still don't know what exactly it is but I've noticed this each time that person has made my coffee. (See attached photo) this is 7 hours after I got this coffee... Yes I still have that much in it because I'm still TRYING to choke it down and get my energy to finish this work day. 7 hours later and the sugar is not melted and it is BLACK! Coffee grounds will float around in your coffee so I know that's not what's going on. My coworker thinks they put the espresso shot on the sugar before anything else and it soaked it up and just sat there making my coffee overly bitter and gross but I'm not sure. Read moreI love my daily coffee run and frequent a Dunkin about 20 times per month. This location has been my go-to for the last few years while in Fort Myers. That is over now because it is not the pleasant experience that it once was.
Twice recently my drive through order has been wrong, and rather than just making it right, the employee insists that it’s what I ordered through the speaker. A mistake is always possible on my end, yes, but in both cases my passenger heard the order. I am really not interested in arguing over the fifty cent overcharge and don’t care whose fault it was. Just make it right. If you go, I suggest ask the employee to read back your order. Or go inside.
The employees seem exasperated, maybe understaffed? Last year the microphone wasn’t fully functional; maybe that’s still a problem? Or the owner could help everyone out by installing the screen that displays the order at the drive through.
To build upon the pettiness, when you order less ice for your beverage, they don’t fill the cup. That’s right. Nobody does that!
Sadly, I’ll go elsewhere for my daily coffee enjoyment.
