Have been to this location multiple times. On a Sunday morning around 1130am the place shouldn't look like they had a rush. There were no customers in the place when we walked in. Tables were not wiped and had paper debris on them. Floor wasn't swept and had crumbs under tables. Trash was full to the top in the condiment station, there were no napkins and very little condiments. The cooler holding bottled drinks had frozen all bottles that were in it. When I approached the counter the person was in their phone and talking to someone on speaker. I wasn't greeted, I had to say hello. I ordered, received no receipt. The wrap order didn't get back to the line so I had to inquire about my wraps. The person making the food was eating something in view of customers (me). He was wearing a glove, threw the food in his mouth then proceeded to make my food wearing the same glove. A few employees were talking on their phones while working and continued to when other customers arrived. Bathrooms were in need of cleaning and no soap in men's room. Not sure who the on site manager was, however this is a location in dire need for retraining of management and floor staff, especially in food handling and customer service. We will not be back...
Read morePLEASE do not stop at this DUNKIN DONUTS ! There is a manager there who is EXTREMELY RUDE.. she states herself as the general manger she has dreads in hair and lashes on. I’ve been to this restaurant several times and each time this lady was rude. I am trying to get in contact with cooperate to speak to someone about her behavior.. each time I’ve came thru the drive thru she has cut me off in the middle of my order. I pull around to pay and get my food and she snatches my card and doesn’t even greet me nor does she say please or thank you. She gets my food and throws it on my hand and slam the window in my face. The last occasion I’ve came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and orderd hash browns and they were cold and she got mad because I asked for more and told me for future reference please do not ask her for fresh hash browns because they make them at a certain time in the morning I called the store to report these incidents and she answers and she still was rude to me. I honestly wish she does not work there because that type of environment isn’t for her. I’ve let my friends and co workers know to please NOT STOP THERE.. whoever she is she is VERY RUDE I’ve never had a fast food experience like this before and it deeply...
Read moreI never visit Dunkin’ to begin with, typically because I’ve never once had a good experience at one. However, I was really in the mood for donuts today. When me and my girlfriend arrived we were greeted by a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed due to “short staff.” No problem, I understand. But then when we tried to go through the drive through, which the sign said was open, the employee at the box very rudely told us that “their system was down.” So now I can’t enter the store to purchase anything and the drive through is shut down. Amazing. I tried calling the store to see if I could get in contact with management about whatever was going on, but nobody in the building picked up the phone. I understand that businesses are unwilling to pay fair wages to their employees, but that isn’t my fault as a customer. This experience, and the several I’ve had with Dunkin’ in the past has certifiably made them lose my business. At least they act like they care...
