New Edit 8/23/24 Under new management again: Gave it another try, and the food is DELICIOUS!! The pork fried rice is super flavorful, the General Tso Chicken was perfect, thr egg rolls are crispy and fresh and the Crab Rangoon filling taste so much better. 5 stars! These owners know how to cook!

Under new management again 5/1/24: Bland, no flavor, sad food. Salty Crab Rangoon lacking sugary pineapple sweet balance, no flavor in fried rice, cold in the middle gelatinous bourbon chicken sauce, leathery textured chicken, really gross. General tso chicken was "ok" but honestly disappointing. Please do better. We spent a total of $65 for food that was not even edible.

Under New Management/ Reviewed 1 year ago/ 5 stars: The food is now served in a clean, new bag and proper containers, the chicken is much better, without chewy tendons, the general tsao is crispy and saucy, fresh broccoli, really delicious. The kids love the Crab Rangoon, much better egg rolls, everything is fresh, hot and crispy now. We are regular customers now. No more rude service either. I'm glad I revisited the restaurant.

Previous owners / Reviewed 2 years ago / 1 Star: Horrible experience, terrible customer service! There were LIVE ANTS INSIDE THE FOOD CONTAINERS. We called and they said no refund for that only store credit. We went to pick up the new food, willing to give a second chance and the owner didn't even talk to us, gave us dirty looks and shoved the food into my husband's hands, and didn't apologize for the ants. She then said it's probably from the boxes from the liqour store next door that they use to put carryout food for customers in. The boxes get thrown on the ground outside the store and they use those for peoples food! Absolutely disgusting. Mediocre food at best to begin with....

Frustrated, bad customer service for just ok food! See this guy? I have ordered from them for the last NINE (9) years. Yesterday in my order was chick mei fun no veggies. In the first year a blooper incl vegetables, one time last year made it spicy when never asked for spice and now made it with veggies when I specifically said no veggies. The lady and guy in pic said "You do this all the time, be specific" ... Oh, I was very specific...when I ordered I even stated my order twice because he kept trying to end the call when I wasn't done. I've been a really dedicated customer and so when they fixed the order ... We ate and immediately all of us are sick...but the girl who's order was right and didn't have to be redone, she is not sick at all! Coincidence, I think not! Your food is not great but it's convenient...it's cheap also so losing our $40-75 dollar orders I'm sure won't be missed. Clean up your act there are better competitors coming...

It is safe to say most competent business people know how important customer service is. Apparently this chinese dump thinks nothing of customer service or simple manners! When I respectfully complained about biting into a staple in my chicken chow mein, I received nothing but animosity and irreverence. I am normally very laid back and understanding of mistakes happening. I assumed a staple may have accidentally fallen into the PACKAGED tray of food before they sealed it. All I wanted was my money back for the chow mein, nothing more. But the arrogant woman at the counter had the audacity to accuse me of placing the staple into my meal because I didnt like the meal. I have never done such a thing and never will! I've been here two other times before and had average experiences. But I will never return again! This woman has no class or decency. No business has the right to treat customers so rudely! Avoid this place...
