Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I have an auto immune disorder that gives me an extremely restrictive diet. I used to love going to grab breakfast at Dunkin’ before work/ road trips and lately I’ve just really wanted to drink something other than water for once. Everybody needs something indulgent. I called this location and spoke to Nathan who I gave a brief explanation of my situation. Nathan put me on hold for a short moment while he found the answers to my questions (which is extremely appreciated). He told me a breakdown of the ingredients of the menu items that did not have the allergens that I described. He could tell I was excited to hear that, gave me his name and offered to personally work with me if I came by. I cleaned up, drove to the store and introduced myself. He gave me some recommendations that I chose from and I paid. I stood to the side while I talked to my fiancé and we waited for our order. I, without even asking, watched this man step to another area and READ THE INGREDIENTS on EVERY thing he put in my drink to make sure they wouldn’t bother me. He was genuine, considerate and punctual. I know this is a bit of an over-reach but GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE....

Just this morning went there to get a coffee and some food and I’ve had problems from them before but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they changed my mind really fast after the encounter I had with the rude staff this morning, I order a sandwich and the cashier didn’t tell me they were out of one thing for the sandwich so she just decided not to ring me up for it and not tell me anything so I sat there waiting for 30 mins for an order that she didn’t ring me up for, not only that it took them 10 mins to ask what I was waiting for, and when they gave me my coffee it was wrong so they took It and dumped it out and used the SAME cup that contained the dairy product, I’m allergic to dairy and I asked for oat milk so they poured the oat milk on top of the remaining dairy, and we had already informed my cashier about my allergy, that’s just cross contamination and that’s peoples safety on the line And also whoever I interacted with was VERY rude and needs to be taught how to properly handle situations because that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Safe to say I won’t be going there again...

Came this morning to order 4 things. Two croissants one plain and the other with ham and cream cheese, one side of hash browns & one strawberry glazed donut. I get my order and wonder where the ham is on one of the croissants and ask the manager now that the employee who took my order wasn’t there. Manager proceeds to tell me they haven’t served ham in months and I let her know she should inform customers or say something while I ordered. The employee who took my order walks up behind her and laughs at me saying “you didn’t ask for ham”. The manager does nothing to help and just stayed quiet so I left and threw the whole order away. I also suggested to go through the cameras and hear them to realize what employees you have working for you. I stand by the truth even tho it’s a Dunkin order and you shouldn’t have an employee like that. I don’t care to loose $6 but the next person might only have that and you have employees lying to you and laughing at customers when orders come out wrong. Strongly suggest to go to a...
