This cozy restaurant has a warm and inviting ambiance that will make you feel at home. The menu boasts a wide variety of tacos, burritos, fajitas, and other Mexican dishes, all of which are made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The tacos are a particular standout, with a range of options to suit any taste - from traditional carne asada to more adventurous options like fish or shrimp. The tequila selection is also impressive, with plenty of options for both sipping and mixing into delicious margaritas. The service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks. El Paso Tacos & Tequila is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious Mexican food in Crestview, FL. 🌮🍹🎉 They can easily beat the tourist restaurants located in the Destin area. They have Happy Hours where 2 x 1 are offered for margaritas 🍹. They are the To-Go drink, that will not disappoint you. #ElPasoRestaurant #TacosAndTequila #FiestaTime 🎉 #ElPasoTacos #TequilaTime #MexicanFoodLove #CrestviewFL #TacoTuesday 🎉 #ElDiabloTaqueria #OWAParks&Resort #AlabamaEats #TacoTuesday 🌮🍹🇲🇽 #ElDiabloTaqueria #MexicanFood #CantinaVibes 🥃🌾 #SouthernSpirits #HiddenGems #FoleyAlabama 🔥🌮 #TaqueriaVibes #FoleyFoodie #TacoTime #ElPasoRestaurant #TacosAndTequila #FiestaTime

Visited El Paso Tacos & Tequila on December 19, 2024 at around 2pm with my wife as she wanted to try it out as we were passing by. We stopped by and were greeted and seated immediately as there was few people there but normally when we pass by this place is jumping so I guess we lucked out to come at a time no one was really here. We were greeted by our sweet waitress who provided chips, salsa, and bean dip. The salsa was to my liking as I can’t tolerate any spice due to stomach issues but it was perfect along with the beans paired perfect with the chips. I ordered the enchiladas ranchera platter which was 4 enchiladas which I choose 2 beef, one chicken and one cheese. Hands down probably the better or even the best enchiladas I have had, the red sauce on it wasn’t overwhelming like other Mexican style restaurants the food was seasoned and cooked well. My wife ordered the nacho platter which was a decent size and pretty tasty. Overall the atmosphere is what you would expect from a Mexican joint, service was very quick and had great hospitality. We will come back and recommend you try it out. For both our meals, with drinks and an appetizer was $40 so it’s about average for a sit down restaurant these days but the food was top notch

UPDATE 9/24/22: Customer service is still good. The volume on the music was MUCH lower and we were able to hear each other at the table. My husband had the shrimp tacos and he said there was a plethora of shrimp and it was amazing. My fajitas were good. We opted to not get the queso or drinks this time. MUCH BETTER. I am raising it from a 2 to a 4. Good: Customer service was great. Everyone was very attentive and you could tell by the number of staff that this was a new restaurant. My MIL's spicy margarita was good and the fish tacos were fantastic. They definitely were not stingy with the fish and the flavor was on point. The chicken fajitas were alright, a bit salty though. Bad: The white queso was too runny and it was bland. It was just a white runny mess. The Pina Colada was weak and it had blueberries and an orange as garnish....like, what is that? It typically comes with a cherry, not random berries and citrus fruit. Plus the drinks were stupid expensive. We purchased 3 meals and queso for $94 plus a $25 tip and it was mostly average. We definitely won't be returning.

A group of and myself for a total of 4 visited this restaurant on 03/01/24. I was not a satisfied customer. I ordered a steak quesadilla plate, larg queso sauce and a sweet tea. The server was prompt and attentive in most cases. However when we received our checks my personal total was 29.87 for what I ordered. We were brought only one small dish of nachos which was not enough for 4 people and was never offered more. I paid my bill with cash and had placed a cash tip of $6 while others also left a cash tip and 2 of my guests paid with card. After everyone paid their bill the credit card payments received their cards back. I had given $40 cash in the cask check folder but the server did not return with my paid receipt or cash change. I had to ask for it aand for the other guests who also paid in cash. So after I requested my receipt and change I was brought a crinkled up receipt that had obviously been waded up and thrown in the trash. The same wit the other guests that paid cash. So I got my $11.00 of my change back and was missing.13 cents. (Note I had already placed a 20% tip on the table. After I got home I examined my receipt further and notice I had been charged an additional $1.01 in credit card fees. Which makes my charges were over charged by $1.14. Now if this occurred with every customer those dollars add up. So someone is skimming or the restaurant is charging for items they shouldn’t be and failing to offer the customer their change that’s due to them. I won’t be going back. The quesadilla was a dry diced steak placed into a toasted flour tortilla and was difficult to cut, chew or otherwise not enjoyable to eat. No cheese on the quesadilla. It was a rip off all...

Me and my fiancée has came here 2 times in the last month. The first time of this month wasn’t a “bad experience” however the second time we came, the food was absolutely terrible. Not only was the food terrible, I had to request for 2 additional bowls for our salsa as the ones that were given to us were dirty. I could wipe out what was stuck on them! Also had to ask for plastic ware because my fork had a chunk of food stuck to it still. My fiancée didn’t eat her plate at all so they did refund her $14 plate because of that. She couldn’t eat because her food tasted old as if it was from a previous day or 2. What I ate of mine, i instantly regretted it, I felt nauseous. As for the cheese dip we ordered which was a small for $6.99 it came out cold, had to request for another, it came out warm and I mean barely warm. Said f it at that point. I believe this under new management was the worst decision ever made. This place needs the previous manager back which I believe was gustov something like that! Overall I spent $40 after the waitress got my order wrong and charged me for two plates for myself when I only ordered one. I was going to address it but didn’t because they had removed my fiancées already, so I let it be. The waitress seemed as if they threw her out to the wolves and didn’t train her properly. Overall, save your money and go to peppers if you’re wanting some...

We ate here for the first time we were a bit disappointed

The street tacos weren’t even street tacos, when I think of street tacos I think of seasoned diced up carne asada , with diced up white or purple onions and cilantro

When my tacos arrived the steak meat were large chunks of steak which had a good char on them but the meat overall was bland , the onions were big and stringy no flavor and the tortilla was doubled but every bite tasted like you were just get a mouth of tortilla

We also had the dessert which we had the churros which could have been better if they were a little warmer that would have been a little better

My husband had a shrimp dish that was served with garden veggies and garlic bread and rice , it wasn’t a very cohesive meal but it was a bit sweet and wasn’t really spicy like it was suppose to be the shrimp was a bit overdone, and overall just tasted like they put shrimp in a can of tomatoe soup

Overall the best tasting thing was the chip and salsa and the guacamole they brought out tasted fresh

Our waiter was super nice and pretty good about getting our food and drinks

We also would have love to see a ceviche option on the menu as you are so close to the beach

So overall I’d give this place a 3/10 food should be the star of the show but if you can’t get simple street tacos right it’s hard to...
