I literally come here everyday and get great service but today on 10/24/25 @11:30am it was a different experience. The young lady opened the drive thru window as I pulled up to place my order. She didn't greet me at all. She didn't say "Hello may I help you?" or " Hello what can I get you?, or anything". I proceeded to give my order. She stuck the tap pad/ order pad out the window and waited for me to tap. She didn't say what the total was or anything and closed the window. When she came back with my carmella freezer, she handed it to me and still continued to say nothing. I said " Thank you" and she just closed the window. I sat there and waited for her to come back so I could ask for a manager. I asked her "Did she speak English?" and she nodded her head and I asked her how come during this entire interaction you said nothing to me, ( no greeting, no what can I get you today?, no your total is,no we'll have right out or it'll be just a moment, no thank you, no have a nice day or come again) this woman was totally mute. She proceeded to tell me as I asked for a manger that her reason was because I was rude to her. I had no reason to be rude to her as pulled up in great spirits listening to my gospel music and I come here everyday and receive great service. She was totally unprofessional and dismissive. She blatantly lied and said I was rude to justify her behavior. She provided POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke to Kaleb, the lead crew member on board and explained the situation that occurred and he advised that she will be talked to about her actions and this not acceptable. He did offer to refund my order in exchange for the issue. This was totally unacceptable and although I'm a frequent customer today may have changed that. I'm now reconsidering if I want to go back to Elliano's on Blanding again. I was told her name couldn't be given. Why are employees names not given? That's...
Read moreI supported this coffee shop for alittle over 2 years now 2 to 3 times a week, went down to 1 time a week since june, am platinum member of the rewards program and now I will no longer be supporting this franchise. I loved coming here and as I am looking for a new job I applied here. The manager promised me a interview multiple times over the span of about a month and he fell through every time causing me to go down to just going here on Sundays before church. I applied again a few weeks ago and recieved an email from Heather the area manager for a job interview. I went and it wasn't a bad interview. I've been a dish washer for 7 years and have 4 years of experience working at a church Cafe so i have some experience. I was told that I would recieve a call by the end of the day about the job and never did. I've tried calling the location and emailing back Heather after 2 days of nothing just for confirmation that I didn't get the job and why if possible. Still no response. Its amazing how the management is quick to take your money but has no respect or decency for long time supporters.. will be looking for a new coffee shop to take my...
Read moreThis coffee place beats Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts for me. My husband who is a coffee drinker is hooked, and me who is not at all a coffee drinker is overly hooked. My first try was the light mocha freezer, and hubs got the dark mocha freezer. We were both amazed by how flavorful and good tasting they are. They do not skimp on ingredients and do not at all taste watered down. The Tuxedo freezer is a combo of the dark and white mocha. It makes more sense to order the large one since price difference between the small, medium and large is minimal. There's no walk in and have 2 drive thru windows available. I have bought my team this drink and they all LOVED it and said that the flavor is "sinful". There's an option for lactose intolerant folks like me. I am not going to lie, I like the freezers more than the iced but the almond milk is only available in hot and iced coffee. The creaminess of the freezers will send your behind to the rest room but is definitely worth it. Try them! I know I already did 4 times since we first...
