This is my 1st negative post about any establishment ever.... I normally take mistakes or bad service with a grain of salt, but I have to address this issue... I called in an order for a Chia smoothie like I normally do, the you lady stated they could not do that smoothie because they could not sell coconut, I said no problem just I'll take it without it. She said she couldn't do that??? Hmmm that didn't make since... she said well ill have to ring it up with all the ingredients without the coconut... I said ok .... she then proceeded to give me an amount that was ove $9.00 I said that makes no since and she proceeded to tell me that's the only way to ring it up. What happened to common since??? After getting hung up on and calling back to speak to to the manager who by then had a attitude herself, with this condescending tone proceeded to make the smoothie without the coconut as I originally wanted. I was just trying explain that her employees new or otherwise should have the common sense to be able to handle a a request for as the one I had without charging me double with one less ingredient??? Again this had to be the worst experience ever dealing with a restaurant. To show it wasn't about the extra money she was charging it was more about the lack of understanding that what she was telling me made no sense.... Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequent this location, and I typically order via the app for convenience of pick up and go. In my countless visits, not once have I been acknowledged or greeted when picking up an order, yet, the associates have plenty of time to always make eye contact only to immediately turn their head back to what they are doing. Needless to say, there is a complete lack of customer service at this location! How that is okay with management boggles my mind. I myself am an assistant manager in the food industry, and I would never allow this with my associates!
I always get a wrap and a smoothie. My wrap is typically prepared well, and full of ingredients. The quality of my smoothie is hit or miss due to various reasons - sometimes watered down, sometimes lacking flavor. I ordered two different mix-ins last time, and neither was added. Instead of remaking it once the mistake was realized, they just added them in then re-blended. That caused the smoothie to be completely watery. I've only kept going back out of locational convenience. I have now decided that I rather go out of my way to a different location because my overall experience each time is simply not worth locational convenience. I do not recommend patronizing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really dont know why I continue to come to this location, its convenient for me because its close to my job but the service and the food are below the company standard, especially when compared to the Middleburg location. Almost everytime I order there is something wrong with my food or my smoothie. Today the food was wrong, missing half the ingredients and not even proper portion for the ingredients that made it onto the sandwich. This location has two awesome employees (I dont know their names but one is a guy and the other a female). Other than those two employees everyone else seems like they lack proper training which of course isn't there fault but the GM or the owner of the location. Unfortunately this visit might be my last as I am tired of spending my money to not even get what I want or order, guess I'll have to find another place to go get something to eat while at work which sucks because not many places around here have vegetarian or vegan options for food.
