Ernesto's Mexican Taco Shop — Restaurant in Florida

My buddy and I were craving some Mexican authentic taco place and did not get what we were looking for. At first when we entered the guy said we can sit anywhere we liked. We thanked him and sat down while waiting for someone to attend us. A good 10 minutes pass by and no one showed up with any menus. So my buddy walked to the front and asked if anyone was going to attend us and the kid said, "oh you have to order first." Now, why would you let us sit down and wait knowing we had to order first?! Then when I was ordering my food I wanted an elote and they were out. So I decided to get some Brias tacos instead. My buddy's food came first and they totally forgot mine. I had no choice but to watch my buddy eat his food. When my friend finished eating his food he went up again to the front to ask if they were gonna bring my food. Finally, when they brought it, the brias were full of fat meat. Very chewy not enjoyable. I couldn't even eat my food after that, I lost my appetite. They lack of customer service. It was a disaster from beginning to end. I recommend avoiding this establishment. You are better off eating at McDonald’s that is right...

I was very disappointed today, I'm a regular customer at this taco shop is one of my favorite, but today I went to pick up food there and the lady at the register was very rude, my food was already ready was on top of the counter she make me wait, I was the only customer at that time, them she told that is your food right there, she couldn't have told me that earlier. Them, I ask for more red salsa, she told me I don't have anymore if you want more you need to wait. I this point I was already mad. Her name is Isiri something like that. I just hope the owner sees this review and address this issue with her employee it looks like she had a bad day or she is not happy if that it's the case find something else do do and give someone else the opportunity. Food is usually good here but the service I received today from the older lady at the register was so disgusting! We ordered tacos and asked for 2 of them without guacamole for an allergy reason! She had immediately put this face on like if it was something out of this world to do. I asked her if it was too hard to do or something and she replied that it wasn’t hard but she had to go and add the tacos again!!! Okay??? Add the tacos again! What’s the big problem?!
