I was very surprise….1st by the staff, they were really good at customer service, they explained everything about the flavors and toppings without pushing for anything in particular… they have really nice vibe, thank you.
2nd the bichotes are actually big they are warm and fluffy we picked the dulce de leche filling and mine was negrito (chocolate) with coconut flakes and my partner was blanquito (white chocolate) with peanuts.
In general with all of that looks like it’s going to be super sweet but for our surprise the sweetness wasn’t overwhelming it all.
in my first bite I was able to feel the fluffiness of the waffle and the creamy from the chocolate and dulce de leche and with all of that the crispiness of the coconut or peanut, it was an invitation to keep eating it. (Totally forgot to take a of the inside after the bite)
