I had the taro boba and I would not recommend it. As stated in other reviews, their bubble tea has NO flavor at all. No sweetness, so bland. It just tasted like blended ice, I didn’t finish it. I won’t be coming back. I also agree the staff is indifferent, specifically the woman making the taro. However, they actively took note of dietary concerns. Sabrina, was very professional and helpful. I did not want fish cake in my Korean hot dog and she recommended another place. She’s great with people. Pros: Also there’s a parking lot, the place is very aesthetically beautiful and spacious. I also think for those that do have a better boba experience, it’s worth it because you pay ~$7 for a large amount.

Summary: Guy was on his phone the whole time while taking my order and making my order.

When I entered the location, the guy was on his phone. The menu on the TV they had wasn't working so I had to read from a paper menu and I was looking around for it. The guy wasn't even helping me or gave a paper menu to me bc he was on his phone. His phone was on speakers so I could hear as well.

Since he was on the phone and he spoke very loudly, it was kind of hard to get his attention when I wanted to order. I had to legit tell him I was ready to order even though I was in front of him. Aka lack of attention despite the customer being in front of him bc he was talking on his phone the whole time in front of me. He was holding his phone in one hand while taking my order.

So you thought he would stop talking on his phone to make my drink but no. .. . bro multi tasked and held his phone on one hand and made my drink with the other hand. There were times he had to put his phone down to do tasks that needs two hands but that didn't stop him from talking on his phone bc he had the speakers on. Now this guy talks really LOUDLY, the type that you can't help but wonder if his spit comes out when he talks.

I was wondering if I should just stop and say I don't want my drink anymore. But being the indecisive person that I am bc he has already started to make the drink and bc I used their bathroom (aka felt kinda obligated to purchase something for that), before I decided to say I don't want my drink anymore (bc chances of his spit in my drink vs obligated to buy something bc of bathroom usage and drink already in process debate), he finished making the drink, so I'm like whatever, I'll just leave a review for him. So here we go, I made a review.

Also, if you ordered that day online (uber, grubhub, doordash, etc), congrats, you might have free spit in your boba! And this promotion will last till this guy continues working...

First of all, it took about 45 minutes for me to get a korn dog that I ordered, and then they were closing, I got the order and it was NOT AS ADVERTISED at all. NO toppings besides ketchup, it was incredibly small as well for $8, a scam. Store refused to give me a refund because they were "already closed" but this would not have been an issue had my order been done when I ordered it nearly an hour in advance, and I was in the store ordering for myself, not even an uber eats or a doordash or anything, I tried to be patient, but it ended in nothing good for my experience. The images below is what it looked like compared to what was advertised

Just not worth it at all. Plus it had hot dog in it and I ordered only the cheese filled korn dog since I can not eat the meat.

Now, i’d like to still thank the two night shift workers because I do understand having to handle many orders at once with a short staff, as they were also kind. I just had an incredibly bad experience.

Would not recommend if you want to try eating something there.
