Fat Freddy's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Florida

Been a long time since we came in at here a fat Freddy’s. So we drove all the way from plantation because my husband messed it so much and I couldn’t have been more disappointed when I saw her pull out a package of lunchmeat from Land O Lakes out of the refrigerator to make his turkey sandwich. I had to stifle myself, not say something. the best part about the whole sub was that the bread was really good. I know times are hard and everybody has to make cutbacks but still you have to have some pride on what you serve and that disgusting lunch meat is like six dollars a package. Services is great. We were very disappointed with the steak sub we received today. The meat wasn't steak strips it was more like chunky ground beef! We ordered it with cheese, onion, and peppers, and we had to look closely to find all three! There was very, very little of each and also greasy! This is the worst we have ever had, especially for $15.75! Fat Freddy's steak used to be much better than what we received. I ordered through an app so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food I received was disappointing. The reviews on here talking about huge portions are confusing, because my alleged "2/3lb steak sandwich" was tiny and definitely nowhere near the advertised size. Paying extra for pepperoni and getting literally five slices across the entire sandwich was particularly irritating.
