Firehouse Subs Middleburg — Restaurant in Florida

I was so disappointed in my experience with Hanna the manager of the firehouse in Middleburg. I called in, was placed on hold for 7 minutes... Once I ordered I was pulling into the the parking lot. Once I was there I was told it would be a 15 min wait. I requested that they just cancel my order. At this point everything was civil ( but I was speaking to Hailey) once I requested the manager it was Hanna and it went downhill rapidly. as I was sitting directly in front of the store Hanne said there was a line out the door. I told her I was sitting there and there was no line. She said she wasnt going to debate it with me. I asked her why she would lied about the line when I was sitting there. She WENT OFF. She told me to find corp's number myself and hung up! Worst customer...

Firehouse?!? More like Fired House!!! Because everyone working there should be fired!!!!!!!!! First off the the girl who took my order was very short and very rude. Second she didn't even give me time to choose the size of my sub. Everyone else was playing around even though there were two people ahead of me waiting on their food. The girl who took my order got it wrong and had to get the manager to refund my money. They didn't even know what to put on my sub even though it's written on the menu. Last but not least when I received my sub it looked like it was dropped on the ground, kicked a few times, eaten and then puked back up onto a stale sub roll. Way To Go Firehouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to never come back here...

I ordered Firehouse through Door Dash because Im currently at work, I ordered probably one of the most basic sandwiches ever and it still ended up messed up. I even CALLED THE STORE BEFORE THEY MADE MY ORDER TO TELL THEM SPECIFICALLY HOW I WANTED IT. I asked for just Ham, Lettuce and Mayo on white bread, called them asking if they could make my sandwich cold because I dont like them warmed up and asked if they could throw some mayo packets in the bag for me. The lady was very nice and said they could do that. When I got my order there was no lettuce and the TINIEST bit of mayo on the sandwich. I dont understand how they messed this up when I had called them to make sure my order was made the way I wanted. Even written on the receipt...
