I have never seen such a lack of maturity or professionalism in a workplace in all my years. I asked a question about a substitution on an order and a girl, later identifying herself as a manager, chimes in being VERY RUDE and disrespectful, and when I made mention of this she over the speaker continues in that manner and made another rude comment. I at that time decided not to place an order because of the way I was being treated. I went up to the window where this person, now identified as Crystal, process to get loud. Trying to justify her behavior. I made mention several times that that was being rude and talking over me...she got louder and louder, continuing to talk over me stating "who decided I can't talk over you, you?!? I don't have to listen to anything you have to say" she at this point had drawn the entire staff to witness her treating a customer in this way. Yelling and waving her arm thru the window in a threatening manner, she continued to act childish and rude.. She refused to give me her general manangers information and slammed the window in my face...not closed, slammed, stating your not worth me loosing my job over you and not being able to take care of my kids like you don't take care of your kids!!! I am appalled at what took place and the behavior exhibited by the "manager" today and I hope the video is reviewed and the appropriate action taken because this is the same person who 100% of the poor cashier experiences I have been a part of at this location have been as a result of. I come to this location nearly a dozen times a month and I will, at this point, consider if will continue coming...also, after this event, i asked for the general managers information to another team member and they also refused to provide 9t. Read moreI did have a 5-star review but had to lower it because of my most recent visit. I made a mobile order app but the restaurant never recieved it. I tried to cancel the order but the app refused to cancel it. They told me they weren't affiliated with the app and there was nothing they could do... Ok first off, even if you are a franchise you are corporate branded, therefore there is an affiliation with Taco Bells app. Especially when the app has no problem taking money from my account and putting it in this franchises bank account. Second I do have to give it to the manager that helped me, as she did contact her area coach to help resolve the issue.
I do believe this is a coaching moment as the verbiage needs to be changed with their association with the mobile application. There is always something that can be done in a customer service setting especially in QSR.

Read moreI went to Taco Bell friday night in Middleburg because me and my kids were hungry and I got there at about 9 there was eight cars or so in the Drive-Thru but they didn't look like many people inside so I went inside and there were two people in front of me. Once they ordered I went to go place my order in from the moment I place my order at 9:15 I did not get my food until 9:31. However the whole time I was waiting I was watching as the food was being prepared and there was one gentleman named Eric who was very clean while cooking. And I mean in the sense he paid attention to detail and proportions and evenly distributed it and dropped it perfectly. Had a very large order and I watched him prepare the whole thing and I was extremely happy when I got home everything was perfectly put together and I was extremely surprised so the 20 minute or last week wasn't as bad because it was worth it.
