AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst experience in food service and hospitality in my life. The way they treat people here is unacceptable. I would be fired at any of my jobs if I treated a customer the way they did when I was allowed to be in there since close time has not struck. These employees and manager have cost me my money that I'm trying to make. If I took your money or time the way they did, you'd be pretty upset and would want to be heard about your experience. But imagine being told they're not serving you because you got upset at the employees. I was only doing what I was told by the employees from the beginning and decided my time wasn't valued. You guys disrespected me and sent me off because I was upset at being disrespected. This is supposed to be a customer satisfactory experience. Not be lazy and do what you feel like doing.
Terrible demeanor for walking inside before close and being kicked out immediately.. Was told to wait in my car for food to be brought out to me instead. I sat there to be ignored for 30 minutes to be told to go through the drive through. I'm working doordash trying to make money on the side. My time and person was disrespectfully disregarded. I lost money and time during the best promotion for doordash I've yet to see.
I am requesting the Corporation Managers information or for them to contact me via this email this post falls under. It is also illegal to not give me the requested information keep note. I will be following up on this.
Manager never requested professionally, except to tell me I'm not being served after ive been upset by staff. Taco bell employees here are extremely rude and self-entitled.

I've worked food industry, if people come in a couple minutes before close, it's not a right to disrespect customers like that. The manager is in on all of it and didn't consider an upset customer. I drove up at 1:55pm and ordered 40 dollars worth of food. 5 chicken quesadillas (which are so delish) and a soft taco. Also 2 nacho grandes. Again it was 1:55. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I asked her (Tiffany-assistant manager) if they can honor the 2-5 happy hour deal ($1 per frozen slushy drink), because it was only 5 minuets prior to 2. & she said no, it's our policy we can not change it. Then said if it was 2pm when we drove up to the window to pay she would honor the happy hour deal. After finishing our order it was 1:58pm. We drove up & paid (regular price $2.98 for frozen drinks) and I asked again what was the name of the assistant manager and they said Tiffany, and went to get her. Tiffany came to the window and told me the Manager was working on the line her name was Pauline. I know I didn't speak to Pauline prior I have no idea why she asked if I needed her. (Way to throw your boss under the bus.) Tiffany did not honor the deal (it was now 2:01pm) nor offered a refund or extra drinks nothing. Read moreI go to this Taco Bell somewhat frequently. They don't usually mess up my order, and the food is what you'd expect. But the service is where they fall very short. I walked up to the entrance I always go to - and the door opens up halfway and closes. I try the second door, and it does the same thing. Immediately after this, an employee in his 40s with a neck tattoo came up to me, and angrily told me to "use my brain" repeated times. He got extremely sassy with me and motioned to move the other door, then hit me with a facial expression that seemed to say "you're an idiot." Was I a bit zoned out and confused? Yes. But in what world is that okay customer service? It left me feeling irate. That's a mistake that anyone could make, especially without any signage on the MAIN entrance.
Even if this incident never happened, the workers don't seem to be very attentive, often making you stand around for ages even if your order is ready. I've seen people who don't want to pay with the iPads wait ages for someone to acknowledge them and take their order on...
