I initially tried signing on with a different associate. We were able to port our numbers over, but everything else after was not a smooth experience.
I had to come back in a second day to try and resolve our original situation, but there wasn’t any help.
Domenik heard me on the phone with T-mobile and came over to make sure we were okay (he wasn’t our original associate) and made sure to let us know that he was able to help us.
In less than 5 minutes, Domenik solve my issue what took the other associate more that 4 hours split across two days.
