Climax Smoke Shops — Local services in Winter Park

I don't even want to give even a one star review ... the guy who's name is Zachary or Zack I don't really sure thats his real name , he treat me very unprofessional. I don't even understand how this have have so many good reviews . I brought a hookah and this guy sell it to me without a box with missing parts and dirty . I ask for the the hookah'stores box and he gave me a regular brownish box that you use when you moving. That was for a gift, I can't take that piece of * for a gift . I ask him for refund before leave because I though he's going to give me a new one or at least a discount .. but nothing, he went very rude with me. He told me he can't give me a refund because is a store policy .. but men, I didn't even went out of the store!! ... at the end before leave the store , very disappointed and almost crying I ask for his name and he took like 2 mins to tell me his name .. and I told him I don't care if you don't tell me your real name, Im going to figure it out. Then he told me Zachary. So hopefully is that his real name . Be aware from him . He seems he just want to receive comition and not worry about you spend or your money. Or if you are happy or unsatisfied. I will not come to that store ever againg... sorry for the others ones who work there and really...

Well I bought some thc-a indoor flower, brand (smakd). Indica Mochi Berry. The flower won't even burn, and it turns to tar. Also has a bitter taste. I went back and showed the manager Johnathan videos and pictures, showing him that I wasn't making it up. He wouldn't exchange nor offer me any option. His reason because I opened it. Well Kathleen won me back and they just lost me again. I spent almost $30 on garbage. So as much business as I have done here, I lose and walk away with nothing. I will go back where I was going and never do business here again. Manager Johnathan emailed the higher ups and I'm waiting more than 30min and never got a response. I have been coming to this chain of stores for years, and that is changing today (August 7) because around noon I was so kindly greeted by the kid working with a "welcome to climax, nice to see you again so I can pull out a bunch of pipes for you to look at but not buy", I walked outside to cool off after asking for a price on a carb cap and got the short answer of "too much". This shop is full of fake "high end" glass, miserable employees, and a miserable owner. I think it's safe to say climax is the only shop in Central Florida that I won't be bringing my business.
