Freshty Route 305 — Restaurant in Florida

After searching for healthy places to eat around Kendall for 30 minutes, my fiancé and I found Healthy Route 66. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. The food came out very quickly and it was easy for us to say everything was delicious, especially the Açaí Bowl, which my fiance couldn’t stop talking about.

Update review: Warning Warning Warning!!! If you see more than three people sitting here, DO NOT go in. If you do, you will be waiting about an hour to get your food. We came in today and as soon as the waitress approached us, we asked for two waters and placed our order for an açaí bowl...then she returned after another 10mins to take the rest of our order. Afterwards...about 25-30 minutes..I see our order sitting on the counter while the waitress was taking orders for other customers. We had to get up and ask for our food and water ( because we still didn’t get our waters) from another employee for us to receive but still no açaí bowl (mind you it was the first thing we asked for). The other employee said the bowl was being made now and we thought, okay no problem we eat this food and then the açaí bowl after. The waitress then came back to the table to check on us and this time we asked for more Dijon sauce. She left but not to get us more sauce, she left to keep helping other customers and clean the tables (we just asked for sauce, it doesn’t take long to get that). We finished our food and waited about another 15 minutes for the açaí bowl that was “supposedly” coming out. We just got tired of waiting, when up to the cashier and asked for our receipt. When we mentioned that our açaí bowl never came, the waitress had a confused look on her face but then came to the conclusion that she gave our açaí bowl order to someone else. Their reason for that was because they are missing one more personnel. Working in customer service, that could Happen sometimes, but we made the order of the açaí bowl right when we sat down, before other customers came in...it’s not an excuse for me! No solution or anything was given from them to assure that we, as paying customers leave happy. We could have been told to give them a few minutes and they can make it quick for us, but no, all we got were multiple sorrys. So, as stated above, if you see more than three people sitting inside, DO NOT go in! You will wait a very long time for your food or worse, your order could have been given to someone else and no one will do...

This was our first time dining at Freshty Route 305. This is a small and quaint little gem! Both my husband and I are health conscious about the foods we eat and we thought this was a great choice for a healthy lunch. I had the Yosemite Salad, it is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free; which consists of lettuce, kale, spinach, almonds, red pepper, yellow pepper, goat cheese, sprouts, hummus, tofu, carrots and I added chicken for protein. I’m not a fan of tofu, so I asked to make my salad without it. And my husband had the Lentil Soup. Everything was delicious, fresh, and made to order.

Their menu is very versatile and includes breakfast dishes, açaí bowls, sandwiches, wraps, soups, gluten-free pizzas, super bowls, burgers, pastas, paninis, appetizers, salads, juices, veggie drinks, teas, and desserts!

Overall Desiree provided excellent customer service. We will be back and try out some of the other dishes, and probably a dessert too! 😃

This place to mean was very special because the food was amazing here. After time has passed by i see its declining in the food preparation not cooked well, I have in 2 occasions complain about the lLentil soup first was very watery and today 10/15/21 it was raw uncooked , i complained the young girl the works there is very rude and nasty to the point that the Owner got rude and very disrespectful with me in telling me that she cannot offer no replacement for another things because she cannot be losing money and giving refunds, she got so low to say that it was very unprofessional

My decision was too her i spend my money and now you cannot give me something else in replace. No i can’t, i said thanks a lot now i know i don’t have to come to this place to feel pitty for the owner counting her money always and the business cannot survive with poor staff and not properly trained to make customer happy to come back.
