This review is for West shore pizza in Palm harbor on Tampa road and Cr1. Not sure if name changed or what... We always cringe when our pizza chef is out front of door smoking when we walk up... (Hopefully they wash probably before handling the food)... If there was every place that charges heavy, has lousy customer service, and is ready to short you at any time, this is the place!!! You end up paying more for a whole pizza per slice,then for what you get from the lunch special that serves slices. Actually the slices aren't bad, where we continue to be disappointed, is when we spend all the money to buy there expensive pizza whole. The slices have some toppings and a fair amount of cheese for lunch pickup. But when ordering for pickup or delivery any other time, they spend so much time portioning and cut back the food quality to the point of rip off!! by putting such a small amount of cheese and items in the name of portion control. We have called several times, sent photos and were treated very poorly and never actually had a manager or anybody with any authority call us back even after several times we were told (expect a call) even STILL... So believe it or not, for the sixty dollars two pizzas cost there, you actually get more food a much better value calling anywhere but there. Howies, Domino's, Marcos, Jets, give literally 2 to 3 times better value with super fair pricing and care about the customer way better... We seldom leave bad feedback from a place, but I will tell you, think and think hard before spending with these people as we have said never again, again. It's a bummer as we live close, and try to buy from Small places also. Even their employees agreed that they should give a fair product so people keep calling because they were happy, yet their style their is to skimp for short term profits, which is dumb because locals like us buy every week from places we like. But they seem to forget that the next week people don't reorder... There is not a never ending supply of new people to keep burning week after week. Probably why keeps changing ownership, management or whatever the problem is stemming from. Sorry, first bad review ever given, but people need to know what they are getting into with...

First I would like to say we order from Westshore Pizza for many years now, never have we had a problem with the customer service. I called and was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes when I called back I asked if they were busy and about how long it would be for delivery because she said yeah we’re busy and then said what do you want. I reiterated I need to know how long it’s going to take just a rough timeframe and she just very abruptly said “normal time what do you want”. I gave her my order she said wait and went off the phone for a little bit and came back and said cash or charge and I said are you speaking to me now and she said yes very nasty and at that point I said why are you being so aggressive I’m just trying to order a pizza. She said you’re the one that’s being rude LOL I told her to cancel my order she said fine and hung up on me. I eventually called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She put me on the phone with somebody else who was more than polite took my order gave a timeframe for delivery it literally took her about a minute to get my order in and let me know the food will be there in about 45 minutes. Worst customer serviceI ever had with the first lady and the next lady was excellent at her job. With that said westshore pizza is delicious and awesome but you need a new manager!!! P.S. it’s been about six months since we have been at Westshore pizza and decided to give it another try whoever answered the phone was very charming and promptly took our order and as always the food was delicious. I’m glad we gave West shore another chance! hopefully we won’t have the same manager that young lady from earlier again because we will definitely be ordering from now on we missed eating at Westshore pizza . I wish I could give them a zero. Where to start. The food is ok, when the actually get the order correct which in my experience is less than 75% of the time. Ok so people make mistakes, He is the real kicker, Hannah the so called manager, who takes the orders is the most unprofessional, rude service person I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. After using the on-line and call in for orders and having minor mistake, the last order was via the phone to Hannah the horrible as we refer to her. The order was completely wrong and it took over an hour to be delivered. I called and explained to this Hannah person, Her response.....Obviously we can't service you. We don't need your business, Ok Hannah we now order regularly from Pinocchio's in Palm Harbor great food, great service and when they are busy the OWNER delivers. Google Pinocchio's Palm Harbor, they want your business and let you know by the quality of the food and the service. Be careful what you wish for Hannah. There are real Italian Restaurants with great food and pizza in Palm Harbor. West Shore is certainly not...
