Hardee’s — Restaurant in Florida

Too bad there isn't a no star option. 6/21 @ 9pm. I had come before around 9pm waited 10 minutes with no sign of life at drive through and a locked door; so this trip I checked store hours, awesome 10pm that meant maybe no sweet tea at the worst...right. Got there probly 9pm, waited 5 minutes heard nothing at drive through...so I called: Young man answered..."Hardee's." Me-"Are you open?" Him-"Oh yeah." Me-"ok....cause I'm at the drive through and no ones here...." Him-......(-silence-) Me-".....so is your drive through open?" Him-"Uh huh." Me-"ok...well thank you." I waited 3 more minutes of nothing and pulled around and parked. Went in to here "We're closed on the inside." from the same young man on the phone, from a table in front of store customer area. I looked over divider and found him with a store phone and a drivethrough headset sitting on a table. I told him I'd been waiting probly 15 minutes or more and that I had just called. I asked if he was alone, to which he said YES! I told him this had happened before and I asked him how often they left the store like that and he said "Sometimes." I am a female that was flying solo for one meal and being very polite, he told me again they were closed on the inside as a car was pulling up. I got back in line. As my wait was closing the 35 minute mark..... I gave up and pulled out from behind the guy who....'got there before me.' Place is a joke because of who they staff and how they staff it. Hardee's..... You have no business at night cause they aren't serving it and the past date buns they're using @ 2pm...is fit only for the trash can! 😒👎Will not go back again. About a month ago, we went on our family’s yearly FLORIDA vacation (live in Texas)! On our last night there, our hotel was near this Hardee’s. The morning we were leaving it was pouring down rain BAD and I hadn’t eaten at a Hardee’s in over 30 years 😬, so feeling nostalgic we stopped! 😊 Terrence was at the drive-thru window (on his day off 😂), and we all chatted it up, laughed, and talked about the crazy rain. Well, I forgot my dang debit card!! 😩 I didn’t realize it until about 5 hrs out. I was gonna say forget it, I can’t go back, and being that I am a Banker, I was just gonna go ahead and cancel it, but didn’t want to have to change up everything I pay that's attached to it. So I called! A nice young man answered and said Terrence had left it put up safely for me. I asked if it would be possible to send it to me.. after talking with his supervisor and Manager and getting my information, Mr. Eiko texted and called to let me know he was at the USPS and was about to send it. He paid the shipping fee for me and sent me the tracking info! Wow! Talk about awesome customer service!!! I received my card today! Not only was the FOOD amazingly better than I remember-Hot and Fresh and just GOOD, but the few men I was in contact with were AMAZING! I’ve worked in the public sector my whole life, and I too give everyone the BEST customer service possible, so it was so nice to experience it on the receiving end!!! Thank you all so much! The atmosphere was Pretty good, but I Ordered at Drive thru. But some of the customers I seen coming from inside were walking hand in hand an Smiling. I'm Guessing they had a Great breakfast. Which is why I was there to GET some of The BEST SAUSAGE GRAVY and FRESHLY MADE BISCUTS in The Southern Hemisphere. (Pensacola, FL) I ordered 1 biscut & gravy w/an extra 1biscut .at first then when they informed me they're out of cinnamon rolls I had asked for an extra bowl of gravy as Well. And my Cashier Quickly came back on the speaker letting me know that ordering 2 Buscut and sausage gravys would be Cheaper than ordering it separately like I had done. And man was she Correct. I got 2 order of just the Sausage gravy (chock full of big pieces of sausage and thick creamy gravy)and 2 Big FRESHLY made Buttermilk biscuits. Hot from the oven for Under $7.00🐸💜So much more food.
