Horrible experience this evening.
The young light-skinned woman at the window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. We ordered an eight-piece family meal, but were handed a chicken tender meal instead. Fortunately, we checked the bag before driving off. When we informed the worker at the window of the mistake, she responded with an attitude, as if we were the ones who had gotten it wrongâwhen it was clearly her error.
She took the receipt, glanced at it (though it seemed she didnât fully understand it), and said, âYâall good, itâs the same price.â At that point, we were still sitting there confused with the wrong order. No, we werenât goodâbecause it wasnât what we ordered.
Instead of getting a manager, she rolled her eyes and walked away from the window, acting like she had personally cooked the food and we had somehow inconvenienced her.
A man with locsâwhom we assumed was the managerâfinally came to the window, took the bag back, corrected the order, and brought it out to us.
We got home only to realize they had taken the original bag, which contained our biscuits, and never replaced them. So, even after all that, we still didnât receive the full meal we paid for.
We tried calling the location over eight times with no answerâthe phone just rings.
I will be filing a dispute with my card service because I spent nearly $30 on an incomplete order and received unacceptable service. I donât know if this location is under new management, but last summer the service was significantly more professional. I will be informing my military colleagues not to do business here.    Read moreMy wife and I used to love Popeyeâs chicken. We are vacationing from southern Oregon, (nowhere near Portland) and love the Pensacola area. The area is beautiful, and the people have been very friendly for the most part. That is why we were very surprised by our experience yesterday at the Navy Blvd. Popeyeâs. We walked up to the counter and right off the bat the young lady at the register ignored us. She was right behind the register, no other customers in the restaurant, and was faced sideways having a personal conversation with one of her co-workers. This went on for a good three minutes, without even a sideward glance at us. We waited, and waited, and waited. She finally turned toward us, and didnât so much as give us any sort of greeting. We placed our order, and the experience was very cold, like we had just kicked her dog or something. When we got home with our order, the chicken was horrible. It was indicative of food that had sat under the heat lamp for hours, and was half filled with leathery, shriveled wings. I guess not bad if youâre into chicken jerky.    Read moreJust annoyed how they screw up my food and still treat people like crap after I had to drive all the way back. Front door is wide open but thereâs 4 cars in the drive thru. I ran inside of course bc the doors are open and over half the people still havenât had their open taken. I just got off work at my insanely busy restaurant and wanted a quick bite to eat that ended up taking more time than it was worth bc they started screaming at me to go wait in the drive thru line even tho all they have to do is just swap out the sides for me. It was actually ridiculous so then I had to get back online and wait for them to take the orders, pull people up and what not. when I finally got up to the window after having to wait a second time for their screw up they want to keep asking me questions about why did I storm off. Idk I get weâre all humans but my restaurant pulls over $80,000k per night alone in the summer about 1,000 orders plus a day and here I am working a double and got home to see my food is wrong but I gotta come back and wait in line for another like 20 mins for someone to try and scold me? Policy this and policy that if you can have me pull up to wait for my food I should be able to come in to get it fixed vs having to pull around to wait in line again.
