Firehouse Subs New Warrington — Restaurant in Florida

I walked in here because I was craving a Firehouse Sub (New York Steamer). I had not had one in over 2 years. Heck I hadn't been in a Firehouse Subs for that long. But for some reason I wanted one today when I drove by the sign.

I was playing hooky from work but knew I had to get back to work pretty soon. When I walked up to the door 4 construction guys pulled up and went in right before me. When I looked in the restaurant I saw a long line. I almost just left.

To my astonishment the service was beyond amazingly fast! A young man opened up the other register and I literally placed my order in under 2 minutes from when I walked in the door. The service was so fast it was like it evaporated.

I went to the lobby where I got my drink and waited. The lobby was spotless, as was the men's room.

My meal came really fast and it was perfect. Bread was not soggy. Onions and jalapenos added. The sub was fantastic.

Then when I was done some lady came out and cleared away my table for me!

I have done hundreds of reviews and this was the BEST fast food experience I have EVER had!

Great people work here and I hope the management knows this and pays them well...

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED! DRIVE TO ANY OTHER ONE! Me and my wife go to the drive-through to order two subs(hook and ladder and hero) with fire house sauce. Somehow we got her sub and a roast beef something, not what we ordered and nothing else was in the bag no napkins no sauce no nothing so she goes back up there so I can take a shower because I'm dirty from work when she gets back it's the right sub but still no sauce and she asked for sauce a second time because I was on the phone with her when she did it so I go up there to complain I speak with the manager and she's hearing me out when another manager comes around the corner and goes sir we're not allowed to touch the sauce without even hearing I went through the drive-through and there are premade sauce cups in the fridge in the back behind the counter for people who go through the drive-through. Don't blame the customer because you can't manage your store correctly. It was a horrible experience and I will never go to that firehouse again and I advise to drive the extra miles to the next one because they obviously don't care at...

I pre-ordered my meal at 11. The website said it would take 20 minutes. I arrived at the resteraunt at 1120, the order wasn't ready. I checked in at 1130 with the person at the front and they told me I was in the queue. By 1145 my sandwich was not ready and I kept being told I was in the queue. These workers served every walk in that had come in during that 30 minute window before they even STARTED on my sandwich. There were multiple of us who had online orders that were pushed to the end of the line and they refused to move us up even though we had ordered at 11. I was late coming back to work due to this and the workers didn't even try to make it up. All the online orders should've gotten something for the inconvenience or at least an apology.

I wouldn't plan on eating here if you don't want to spend 2 hours here. And if you do eat here, don't even bother ordering ahead or they'll take extra long to make your order.
