Hardee's — Restaurant in Florida

Over the last several years, it has been hit and miss with this Hardee’s. For some reason here lately it’s been more miss than anything else. This is why I had to come in and change my review. It was a four star now it’s gracefully a one star. I don’t know if it’s from lack of sleep lack of enthusiasm for the job or we’ll just go with medicated, but some of the employees are like zombies and don’t even make eye contact. Then we’ll get into the food. For what you pay you might as well go to a huddle house or waffle House, and have a real sitdown breakfast. Even with coupons ordering off the value menu it’s not worth your dollar. I highly recommend that you move on today’s experience again. The lady at the drive-through was like a zombie. Didn’t even make eye contact just stuck my bag out the window and waited for me to grab it, grabbed my drink, stuck it out the window and waited for me to grab it. No straw for my drink at all and then the biscuits were barely even cooked. Not the delicious butter biscuits that you’re used to I will say the gravy was good. And when you think of a super biscuit, you would think super means SUPER. It’s barely even a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Which that biscuit was not cooked all the way either. Then we’ll get into the barely warm extremely greasy hashbrowns. It’s sad. I really enjoy Hardee’s, but this place is really going downhill. But by all means Try it for yourself. Chance is a great manager and his team is always polite the store manager not so much a people person update 8/19/2024 8:42pm Came to eat tonight and we had 20 minutes left before. The store closed the cashier. A guy with glasses turren and said no, you have to take your food to go because we close in 20 minutes. Well, he tried to say 12 minutes because I've already cleaned the lobby and basically said we could not eat there when the lobby doesn't even close until 9 o'clock. Then, after we left he stood at each door waving cause he thought it was funny and was laughing. As we walked out of the store, we will be making a point to call corporate and find out what's going on. Cause this is really. It's ridiculous, we eat there all the time. When chance was the manager we turned around and didn't have any issues like this so I don't know if the store manager was there and approved this, but it's ridiculous ultra long post, not online not doing that online, sorry. 08/26/24 I had a talk with Alyssa the store manager she understood how we felt and let me know the issue was dealt with I appreciated that she took action on the situation thank you. This inconsiderate rude person Amity is now working at this location! She either got fired or left Middleburg BurgerKing! I took my mom and my daughter here in the drive thru. She said “welcome to Hardee’s how can I help you” I said ma’am I need a moment please. She did not respond. After gathering the orders I asked ma’am I’m ready. No response. I said hello ma’am are you there. She said “I’m not ready” in the most rude tone. The mixed of me speaking and saying that was extremely rude another lady came on the speaker stating I’m sorry I can take your order. After all said and done. I asked her what her name is and she said Christie. After thought I asked her is the other lady’s name Amity and I’ll be darn if it was her name!! Please consider her position with Hardee’s! Christie apologized for her rudeness. I can’t believe a rude person stuck with me and now is at my favorite fast food place in Middleburg. I quit going to burgerking due to rude self! I refuse to quit going to Hardee’s. There is ALWAYS nice people, hot food, and fast service!
