My mom decided to take advantage of the Wacky Wednesday deal this past Wednesday and get 4 pizzas and 3-cheezer bread for our family of 7. She called hours before the pizza was needed and placed the order ahead of time and asked for them to be ready at 6:30pm. She was told that the price for the pizzas were $7.99 a piece for a large 1-topping pizza, plus $2.49 for any additional toppings that were beyond the 1 included. After receiving the receipt she noticed that they charged her $10.99 per pizza, plus whatever else on 1 of them. When she called the store, an employee tried to say she received the best pricing already… she said an how is that so? Because even with the 1 cheese pizza with only that 1 topping on it for the little ones in the family, she was still charged the $10.99 for it instead of $7.99 for the Wacky Wednesday deal.. after the employee tried to justify the pricing some more and the point of the cheese pizza with 1 topping was mentioned, that there is literally no excuse for, the employee says to her, “Well, sorry!” And HUNG UP on her… No mention of how to make it right, not even a credit for future orders…. Nothing. Just a another slap in the face after overcharging someone who just got back from seeing their father on their deathbed out of state. Shame on this location for handling issues this way. Would you like to be hung up on after someone charges you whatever the heck they feel like instead of a business conducting themselves like you’re actually worth anything to them? You can see the date on the receipt and the fact that it’s a Wednesday for the date. Do not go here people, they overcharge you and then argue with you on how you’re wrong even when you aren’t… and then HANG UP. Too bad so sad right. Wrong! Now everyone knows...

Starr was my customer service rep as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a beautiful smile and that to me says it all about an establishment. And as I talked with her she said she's always been like that that the customers are the ones that are really paying her. She likes to draw in the business through great customer service. So I was very skeptical because at a party I had cold hungry Howie's pizza and it was terrible. So my first time in was today. And what makes a person stay better is when you get greeted with a smile because they're smiling it shows that they care about the customer. So I ordered the 899 deal one topping pizza thin crust with butter flavored crust. It was amazingly good. I had ordered it to go but I decided to eat it and then give my review. Brian the manager was a delightful person. You could tell his character has rubbed off on the employees. Great job guys and thanks for the great pizza. I am definitely going to recommend this place whether you're just traveling through or you live locally come on by and get you a nice hot pizza and there's plenty of place to...
