Went to hungry Howies and put inn a order we ordered a deal that they had for a large pizza with a cheesy bread we selected the cheesy bread option and once we got to our home, there was nothing but just bread no cheese, no garlic, no Parmesan. We thought it was weird because on the receipt it showed that we ordered cheesy bread and once we call back to see if we can perhaps exchange the plain bread or see if they can complete the order the person on the phone said that because in the online order it showed that it was put no cheese no butter no garlic then why would we order a cheesy bread? Why would we PAY for a FULL price of cheesy bread to then remove it all? Could it have been a glitch from the app? A mistake? Once we asked if we could please proceed to pick up a new one they told us that we couldnât that we had to pay for a whole brand new one, even though we were not satisfied with the food . what kind of restaurant or service industry does not Return any food that does not comply with Clients wishes or satisfaction? Iâve never been one to call back if Iâm not happy with something but this day I really needed it a cheesy bread specially bc I paid for it . not only they denied that they will make a new one, but we paid again for the full price of the cheesy bread and that wasnât even discounted from the price once it was checked out and paid for. I am very upset and Iâve never received this type Of service in any hungry Howieâs location that is not the way that you do business that is the most unrealistic âcompany policyâ. So if your not liking the taste of the pizza you got you have to buy a whole new one? Or if it came wrong order you have to pay? That is ridiculous and I truthfully believe that the employee just did not want to do anything and be paid to do nothing. I paid online when I was sent a link literally from Hungry Howieâs instead of paying cash and he literally told me that I needed to cancel my order and could not provide a solution other than me canceling or paying a whopping $69 for three large one topping pizzas. He then proceeded to hang up on me, and when I called back to confirm that my order was cancelled he was even more rude. I was honestly appalled that someone would be that rude over three large pizzas. If you go, just do pick up, but honestly, I would never give money to a business that treated customers this way. The manager who was working around 6PM on 6/9 needs to be reprimanded and properly trained by the store owner or whoever is a higher up at this location.

   Read moreI just ordered two subs from the Four Corners FL on US27. One with lettuce tomato and peppers on side. And one without side option because I thought they would naturally come on sandwich. None of the items were with the sandwich, on the side or otherwise. So I called the store to ask why I didnât receive the items on the side or on the sandwich. The woman I spoke with was very rude and dismissive in her response. She just kept telling me how I was wrong and wouldnât even say she was sorry for the misunderstanding. She didnât care in the least, she had no explanation for why the side items we requested were not included. Youâd think she would offer for me to pick up the missing items. She was not sorry one bit and hung up on me!
