I’ve ordered from here many times before, however I cannot believe how bad it has been the past few times. I don’t know what is going on with this business but this last time around, I ordered a regular thin crust pizza and they deliver the wrong one. I have to add that the girl who answered the phone was super miserable, which says a lot because the employees act according to the managers. She was barely listening to my order, which is why the order was wrong in the first place. I had to callback and place a reorder since it was completely wrong, it was even wrong in their system when she rang it up… only for them to not only the first time around send it through door dash, but do the same thing around, even though they offer a delivery… Because they did that DoorDash delivered my pizza an additional two hours late on top of the additional hour I already had a wait for a delivery. I ordered the correct order of pizza at 9:30 PM and I received it 11:30 PM. I don’t believe that a business should be hiring door Dashers or Uber eats under the guise of delivery. It is a total cheat on the system because yo I are not allowed to leave the Dashers or Uber eats a tip option. Read moreSo apparently if your order is wrong it's YOUR problem not theirs. I pick up 3 pizzas. 1 cheese a pepperoni and another pepperoni on half. The lady reads back the order..yup all correct. Paid in full... my daughter takes it out to the car and drive home (20 mins because of traffic) Howies wasnt busy at all. One man was inside waiting and no one in the drive thru. I get home...oh of course...3 cheese pizzas one has half jalapenos....I call and the rudest little nasty troll named Carlos answers tells me its my problem I can have my pizza order corrected but I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I say "I need the manager and don't tell me you're.." Carlos: "I AM THE MANAGER!" ...Nope...done being talked down too and yelled at by pizza boy. Caller corporate they sent a voucher for a replacement pizza. Cool. Whatever. What I want the owner Mr.Kazbor to do is fire Carlos. Bye. Kicked him to the curb.

Read moreI try not to be that guy. If you've ever worked Food and Beverage, you try not to be that guy. "That guy" sits down in a restaurant or orders delivery a half hour prior to close. Regardless, it sometimes happens, and you still have an obligation to service your customers.
I ordered pizza online a half hour before they closed at 11PM. When I placed the order, the email confirmation said it would be delivered at 11:30 AM tomorrow. What? I called the store and was told I'd be refunded my money in five business days (What?) but that I couldn't get my order tonight because their drivers wouldn't be back until they closed.
The store hours state they're open until 11PM. I ordered at 10:30PM. I called at 10:40PM. Make my damn pizzas and act like you give a damn about running a business!
Here's hoping I don't get woken up by the pizza man on Saturday...
