Jan-Bo Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Worst service, waited over 15 mins to even be acknowledged that we where there. Mind you we where the only ones in the dining room. Food was gross, from the stale fried noodles to the syrup that I was served that they call sweet tea lol the waitress seemed very bothered that we were dining in. I ordered general taos chicken dinner combo, chicken was hard and dry. Sauce was extremely hot (temputure not spicy) which burned my tongue. Rice was also dried out and so bland, only had egg added it to and no flavor what so ever. After another 20 mins of waiting on server i explaned i didn't like the food. Then she comes back and slams the bill on table and Insisted that we pay for the food we didn't eat. I explained I will not pay for the food I did not eat. She replied "if you don't like food should have not come here". I explained to her I have never been here before. She said "then don't come here, we are very popular" I laughed at her and only paid for the food we ate and left....

First off when I ordered a lunch special I asked to upgrade the rice to vegetable lo mein, for an upcharge of course and I was told no. The fried rice was rice with scrambled egg pieces through it and nothing else . They got the order wrong, 2 of the to go boxes had holes in the bottom and leaked everywhere, some of the chicken was either raw in the middle or rotten because the texture was wrong and color was opaque, the lo mein literally had no flavor or anything in it but just noodles and they put moldy cabbage leaves as a garnish in the steamed dumplings! Literally covered in mold! Also the sauce was some vinegar and not the usual dipping sauce for dumplings (disgusting!) My family was just passing through so we didn’t want to make a big ordeal about the food because we won’t be back here. We ate the crab Rangoon which was delicious and threw the rest away. I use to enjoy ordering from this restaurant and I did enjoy the food.. Until, I I ordered the other night, I waited 2 hours for delivery, the food was cold, thought if we heated it up.. All would be great, but everyone in the family got FOOD POISONING AND WE ALL WERE EXTREMELY SICK! I CALLED TO LET THE OWNER KNOW AND A GIRL ANSWERED SAID HE WASN'T THERE AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND ALL I GOT WAS AN... IM SORRY MISS! NO ACCOMMODATION OR ANYTHING TO KEEP A CUSTOMER... NO LESS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER SATISFIED! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.. EXSPECIALLY AFTER FOOD POISONING! IF THEY DESERVE ANY OF STARS FROM ME, IT WOULD BE NONE...
