I ordered one pizza, wings, breadsticks, 2 LTR and 4 sauces. I was quoted 30 minute delivery time, it took about 50 but I understand sometimes ETA can be longer due to busy night. When driver finally arrived she had forgotten my 2 LTR and 4 marinara sauces. She apologized and said she'd bring it all back. After waiting 40 minutes for her to return I finally called the store. The manager was very sincere and gave me a credit for the inconvenience. She also called to find out where my driver was with my stuff. I was told she was right down the street from my house, waited another ten minutes! At last she had returned, she hands me 2 sauce cups and my soda. I told her I ordered and paid for a 4 pack of sauce, she tells me that that's what I was supposed to get just the 2. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? So in summation it took almost 2 hours for me to not even receive my ENTIRE order, and I called manager again. She told me I should've gotten 4 sauces, at this point I didn't even want my sauces that I PAID FOR! She then says sorry I'll have a talk with her. I feel like giving me $10 off my next order, that has to be used in 30 days, which I don't order pizza but once a month, was ok for the first complaint. Okay, I explained what I wanted. She proceeds to tell me. The price of the large. Stays quiet and refuses to tell me the price of the medium. Until I ask again and say," it's not that hard." Read moreWent there recently. Walked in they have a sign that clearly states only 2 people at a time inside but no one enforces it. Had a guy just skip me and walk in while I was following what their sign states. Then I walk in and the girl at the register was on the phone couldn’t hear conversation but it wasn’t an order she was taking never acknowledged anyone or said I’ll be right with you just continued with her conversation. Waited about 10 min then she finally helped the guy who skipped me when she got his food she checked if order was correct and told him to have a good night when it was my turn she just gave me my food didn’t give me my total never checked if order was correct and didn’t even say one word! Bad customer service! Awful!
