Had an inconvenient experience with this place, been ordering food from them for a few months now, on Saturday night 9-6-25 we ordered food always to be delivered i ordered $75.00 worth of food well when i received the food i noticed that they didn't put all the items that come in a pupu platter i only got beef on sticks and chicken wings they were missing 2 egg rolls 2 crab rangoon and 2 fried shrimp so i call the place and tell the lady that im missing items that come in the pupu platter and she tells me that cant be because they put everything in the box in the white paper bags i proceed to tell her that the item are not there, i asked her if the driver can come back and deliver the food and she says no because its almost closing time so i asked her what are we going to do? she tells me that she will give me store credit for next time i order so i said no because i dont order food that often and next time i order would be like in 2 months by then they will have forgotten! so she tells me well i cant do anything until the driver gets back to the store and then i will give $5 credit so i said no i want the food that a payed for, she said she would call me back and never did... so i call the following day and she tells me that i agreed for her to give me $5 credit so she did that (i check account there was no credit) so i told her that i never agreed for a $5 credit thats no where close to how much the food is worth... so after so much back and forth she told me that she would make the food and for me to go pick it up...i did go get it but my question to her was why should i go get it myself if the original order was for delivery! Which i payed delivery fee and tipped the driver!! BEWARE OF...
Read moreIf I could give a negative star i would. Where do I start. Beef lo mein....mean.... simple right, not here they have joined the 21century obviously with infusing exotic smells and taste....yay.....NOT... .even after I tried to cover the taste and smell with multiple bags of soy sauce all I could smell was WET DIRTY SOCKS. I WOULD HAVE PREFERED WET DOG TO THIS. I'm still praying tonight that I didn't just eat wet dog smothered in a oven roasted homeless man's sock. I am choosing out of kindness not to review the other dishes we had. Mostly because I need to go throw up....don't eat here....I have officially regurgitated this meal. I advise everyone to avoid this place please....IN ALL SERIOUSNESS...my fellow Florida's and even you annoying tourists that fill the roads and car drive. I hope this review saves someone, anyone from the tortures of hugging their porcelain toilet like a teddy bear and hoping it comes to an end. This place is one you'll never forget. I...
Read moreI don’t ever write reviews but I’m so tired of ordering from places based on their good reviews, spending upwards of $100, and getting food that tastes like it was cooked yesterday. So, sorry China Star, this is a big no from us. My orange chicken was rock hard and on a bed of mushy iceberg lettuce. Why would you serve orange chicken like this? And why was it a whole dried out chicken breast sliced? It also didn’t come with any sauce, just a side of orange JELLY. The fried rice also tasted very old. My husband had the General Tso Chicken and it had no flavor, was not the usual tangy spicy, and the chicken was very dry. The eggrolls were just OK. The delivery driver was very nice, and probably one of the only restaurants left that doesn’t source out to instacart, Uber,...
