Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

Been ordering from here on Uber eats the past few days, the subs are always good. Now compared to Publix subs, they're low on the scale lol but for a regular sub that I can get delivered and not have to wait 10-30 minutes in line for they're great. I like oil and vinegar on my subs but if I save half for later it ends up being super soggy, but on Uber eats there is no option to ask for packets on the side instead of on the sub. So I called ahead and spoke with Elijah and was able to get some on the side with my order, he was super friendly about it. My sub was forgotten. Saboma was up front and said she never made the sub however if I want to return they cab make it but nothing will he done for the inconvenience of having to return. One I arrived to speak with a manager no one was available besides herself. She was very confrontational, rolled her eyes several times. She again said I can get a refund or my sub, but not both despite me having to return to the store. When I asked for my tip back because I dissatisfied with her service she told me to figure it out myself. She also refused to give me any information how to contact the store manager. I've been going to this location Once a week and buy 3 sandwiches. Everytime I go in there, if the manager with blond hair is working she is absolutely rude and condescending. She has a bad attitude towards everybody. I went there today and she was working and stressed out from what her employee told me. Not just that but she helped a customer that was behind me.
