Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

This is an overdue review on Keira for this location from when hurricane Helene happened. On a Sunday, we were going out to help friends and their neighborhood that were heavily impacted. We wanted to bring food. I didn’t realize you needed to call at least 24 hours before getting a catering box. When I spoke with Keira on the phone, I asked if there was any possible way to get this done to help the people impacted. I apologized for not knowing and calling ahead of time. I told her Publix said no and we wanted to bring sandwiches because we figured everyone was doing pizza. She without hesitation, said I’ll get it done. When we went in, which was maybe an hour later. She was finishing up the order. Let me tell you, she was BUSTING her butt that day. They were so busy and she squeezed us in to help. Even gave us a discount. Our friends lost everything. So we went with food, waters, “drinks” that day and it was just so appreciative how above and beyond she went. Thank you so much Keira. I’ve eaten at Jersey mikes so many times but this location is a HUGE No. wish I could give zero stars. First time at this new location since this one is closer to us now. We ordered for pick up off the jersey mikes website to save time. 3 subs, 2 giants for the adults and a regular one on gluten free bread. My sub was the chipotle Philly and I specifically asked for light Mayo and was given EXTRA MAYO. I hadn’t eaten all day or I would have trashed it but I was so hungry and upset so I just took the “L” and wiped as much of the Mayo off with a napkin as possible but at that point my bread was so soggy. I’m not sure if it was temperature controlled but now I have food poisoning. This location served us bad quality food and I would recommend a different location if this is what you really want to...

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s location, and while I still prefer the 1662 Bruce B Downs Blvd spot for their steak subs, I have to say this location still delivers a solid experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was prepared just right.

One thing I really appreciated was the spacious seating—plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. The atmosphere was also great, clean, and inviting, which made for a nice dining experience.

While I personally feel that the steak at the Bruce B Downs location has a bit more of that perfect taste and texture I love, this location still serves up quality food with the same fresh ingredients Jersey Mike’s is known for. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth...
