Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Got a deli boat came home opened it up to put dressing on it and the lettuce looked like this ? Called the manager and he spoke through an employee ?? Finally he got on the phone and I told him the issue I had and he said he got this lettuce yesterday ? I said there is no way it’s only a day old. He said I could come back and they would remake it ? Problem is I live out in the estates and would take me 30 minutes to drive back down there. I asked if I could bring it back tomorrow or the next day and send him the picture of the lettuce right now and was told no either bring it back now or that’s it. I am from Michigan and I have always been satisfied but this one time I get nasty lettuce I am told pretty much too bad !!! Look at the photos yourself would you eat...

When the store on Vanderbilt Beach Road first opened, I ordered the four corner, four piece pizza, and it was delicious. However, the last two times that I stopped in most recently to get the same four piece for corner pizza, it was mushy, and it was not anywhere near as good as what it was when the store first opened.

The most recent visit last week I asked the person to for extra Toppings on the Pizza, and when I got it home, and opened the box it didn’t look like there were any extra toppings, and it was really mushy as though it was not baked enough.

Needless to say I will not be going back to jets pizza on Vanderbilt Beach Road, and will try another Jets location to see if we can get a better pizza before giving give up entirely...

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza using their new text ordering. I had a pizza delivered from this store 3 weeks ago and had ordered it by phone. My order was confirmed by text and delivery time was 1 hour - I waited 1 1/2 hours before I called to complain. After the person whowho answered the phone said the pizza was never made, the manager got on the phone and said today I was out of the service area, the delivery person called me- which is a blantant lie because the first person told me the order was never created.
