Tinasha - manager of causeway is unprofessional and rude. Our mobile order was incorrect, we called twice and were hung up on BOTH times by the man who makes sandwhiches up front, despite her trying to tell us we’re “lying” about being hung up on. The man on the phone also lied to us and told us there was no manager available to speak us prior to us showing up. The manager admitted to making one of our sandwhichs and had An attitude immediately upon walking up to us because we interrupted her personal phone call she was making. Per her words exactly “i was crying in the back dealing with my own stuff” while on a non work related phone call the entire time she was speaking with us. She wouldn’t give us a refund and walked away to finish her non work related phone call, leaving her clearly distressed worker up front making sandwhiches alone The issue isn’t even the sandwhich being made wrong, it’s the trash customer service we were given by both the worker and the manager. In addition to the poor customer service we received, there is a health concern with tinasha making sandwhiches with very long acrylic nails and no gloves, because you can’t put a glove over fingernails that...
Read moreI tried giving this particular location another chance, and I did. However, the item that I received, #10, the Hunter’s Club, had far less meat than before. It was supposed to be double the roast beef. When I received it, I barely recognized it and thought it was a mistake. There was no mistake. My sub looked as though I requested less roast beef so they accommodated the order by giving me hardly any meat. I placed the order over the phone and asked specifically if this sub came with double meat. I didn’t really need to ask because I had gotten this sub before. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and even wished me a happy belated birthday and offered me free chips. The gentleman gave very nice customer service over the phone. I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich and it’s not made how I wanted so went back I. To have it fixed and the guy has a stank attitude for no reason and slams my sandwich around and opens it all aggressive after I told him there were no jalapeños on it. He insisted they were on it all while wearing dirty nasty wet gloves. He was going to fix my sandwich with dirty gloves.. I think NOT! He got even more mad and threw my sandwich in the trash and said he’s trying to straighten the line and his gloves are clean.
