I worked at Jimmy Johns last fall. My manager had ended up quitting and the new management never put me back on the schedule, because they simply forgot about me. They didn’t tell me anything at all. I was preparing to move and came to collect my final paycheck, but it was no where to be found, because they simply lost my check. I was given the run around that it was at different stores. Then I was told the GM had it. I called the store multiple times after I moved for an update on my paycheck. To this day, I have yet to receive my paycheck and it’s almost 6 months later. I contacted the GM who claimed to not know of the situation and she said she would find out and let me know. I never heard back so I texted her 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. Then I texted her last night letting her know I was going to have to contact corporate and she responded and claimed she had texted me two weeks ago and that I never responded. I sent her screenshots of our messages proving her wrong and that she was lying and of course she didn’t have anything to say. I told her I still needed my W2 and provided her a mailing address and told her she needs to mail my last paycheck as well. What does she do? She responds that I don’t have a final paycheck then blocks me, which was very unprofessional. I am owed a paycheck and a W2. I have heard from other employees how much they didn’t like working for the management in charge when I first started. I honestly took it as a grain of salt, but now I see what they are saying from my own personal experience. I want others to know that this is a common issue with Jimmy Johns at least in Northeast Florida. I have also heard stories as well for East side North Carolina. Since the GM, Randi, has blocked me, I have submitted a request to corporate and have reached out to the department of labor. I hope to be having this resolved soon and I hope this review will give current and future employees insight on the professionalism of...

There is absolutely no reason to speak to someone like that especially a manager to customers. I proceed to call back and try and figure out why I was treated so incredibly rude when the manager answered and would not let me speak. She told me to not call back and hung up on me I hope this post reaches someone in a position to take care of this serious issue a costumer does not deserve to be treat so terribly for a mistake not made by them my house is exactly 2.6 miles away from there location I am within the 3 miles why am I being treated so poorly I live in Davis shores witch is one of the nicest neighborhoods in st.augustine and I always tip my drivers extremely well I hope no one else has to deal with ASHLEY she is absolutely out of line and should not continue to hold a manager position at...
Read moreEXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY BY A “MANAGER”. I walked in from a long day of work, not to mention I’m big and pregnant. I’m really hungry and I’m the mood for a tuna sub. I love the tuna. As stated I walked in and the employee at front counter looks me dead in my face and turn his head and starts talking back with 2 people eating. Fine. I gave him a moment to at least greet me. I’m already ready because I know what I wanted. He then looked me in my face again and said nothing with an unpleasant look on his face and snatched a glove. So I politely left because at this point I’m uncomfortable and felt disrespected. I turned around when I got out the door and he was laughing and talking like he did not just disrespect and lose a paying customer! I immediately called and asked for a manager. He said he is the manager. I chose not to further my conversation with him. The owner needs to be aware of his behavior because he must have a problem with...
