This is the worst sub place I have ever gotten food from. My son and husband went there to get 4 subs for our family. Three were exactly the same and one was slightly different. Three sandwiches were TURKEY, CHEDDAR, LETTUCE, ONION and mine was TURKEY, ONION, TOMATO, AVOCADO All sandwiches were ordered with no condiments on the sandwich (mayo, ketchup, mustard)
First, on the three similar sandwiches, they refused to put cheddar on them and told my husband that they were ONLY ALLOWED TO PUT CHEDDAR ON CHICKEN SANDWICHES...ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD.
Then, my sandwich came home with turkey, onion, tomatoe, avocado, CHEESE AND MAYO.. I CAN NOT EAT CHEESE OR MAYO. There was only like 5 thinly sliced pieces of turkey balled up and they wrapped the cheese around my turkey with the avaco in between them, so when I peeled the cheese off, it took all the avocado with it that I paid EEXXTTRRAA for, and the mayo was soaked into the bread and could not be wiped off.
This is our second terrible experience at this location out of two experiences, the first time we ordered from there, every sandwich was missing the cheese and everyone in the store is rude and incompetent..they all seem very confused on how to make a sub. WE WILL NNNEEVVVEERRR order anything from this place EEEEVVEERR!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY...
Read moreI wouldn't even give them a single star. Bad customer service. I jokingly asked them about their sign in the window, made a joke about it reading,
" we only deliver one sandwhich"
thats all the stupid sign says, so I asked " well what if I need two sandwhiches delivered?" The jerk behind the counter actually had the audacity to say " man you take things way to literally " I asked them to chop the tomatoes in half because they are easier for me to chew them and was told they had no way to do so. Really a sandwich shop who don't use knives? But then two minutes later, after we sat down with our order, we realized they did not hand us a pickle which is extra, another brilliant idea, they actually asked if we would like it cut into fours. Wait a minute, can't cut a tomato in half but can cut a freaking pickle in four slices? Wow. Called a couple of other jj's to find a district manager number was told they don't give out that kind of information. Funny how I can find a corporate number on the web. And to top it off, their sandwich flat out sucks, we won't be going back ever, don't waste your time they are not worth the money nor piss poor...
Read moreI normally enjoy JJ's sandwiches, even though they seem slimmer theses days, but I recently went through the drive-thru on St Rd 70 and did not have a pleasant experience. There was no one in line and no one behind me. I ordered a #2 regular size and drove to the window. The lady said it was $8.55 and I asked how did it go from $6.99 to $8.55. She said that's the price of the #2. I said, that's not what your board says. It says $6.99. She reiterated, it's $8.55. I asked, is your board wrong. No, $6.99 is the price of the small sandwich. I replied, I saw 3 prices and I think the small size is like $4.19. She said, no that's the slim. As she handed me my bag, she said, Oh, you added cheese and that's a dollar. I said, No, I didn't. I never get cheese. You never even asked me if I wanted cheese. She just stared at me. I know it's only a dollar, but it's the principle. She lied to me 3 times in a 1 minute conversation and it wasn't like she was guessing. She was very matter of fact. Order...
