My husband placed an order with them to deliver to me at work and they delivered it to the wrong address after confirming the on the confirmation email that the correct address was put on there the driver then called my husband and told him he dropped it at the wrong office and that he was not going back to get it. I reached out to them and was told by one of the guys there “I don’t know what to tell you, we are short staffed and have to many orders going out and whoever ordered it will have to go and pick it up” he then hung up in my face. I called back and got the so called supervisor Jodie who in the beginning of the conversation tried to act like she was so sorry and then proceeded to tell me the same thing the gentlemen told me “I don’t know what to tell you ma’am we can credit your card a refund, we are short staffed and only have two drivers” as if any of that is my problem. She then became very rude to me because I did not want to sympathize with her being short staffed. Read moreRead moreI know what it feels like to get a bad review so if somebody addresses this, I will change my review. today about 1150 I went to Jimmy John’s drive-thru.. one person was in front of me at the window and had already ordered, I sat at the speaker box for about 20 minutes, waiting to give an order, finally somebody came on, took my order. I ordered simple BLTs. .. Got behind the first car at the window… and we both sat there I would say an additional 30 minutes maybe more. After the 30 mark the lady waiting at the window and I started looking at each other like what the hell is going on here.. she honked several times signaling to someone inside like come on what’s going on… I was simply trying to get some lunch for my daughter who works in the same plaza.. so she called the store directly and said hey I am in the line here is there’s something going on we’ve been here over almost 45 minutes. They said nonchalantly “we’re getting your food now” .. I waited an additional 15 minutes and then decided to get out of the line… I’ve never experienced something like this.. they need some new...
Ordered a slim 6 (plain cheese 8” sub) for our daughter and they put avocado on it. Called the store after we noticed and the employee told me a slim 6 is a veggie sub with avocado. There are two areas for improvement here: (1) corporate could clean up their menu as there are (3) #6 subs. The original #6 Veggie, the little John #6 (a smaller version of the original #6, and the slim 6 (plain cheese). This would make it easier on the staff taking and creating orders and/or (2) improved training for staff on the differences between the three #6 subs. The store credited me for the cost of the sub, thank you for that, however this was after the staff explained to me the #6 comes with avocado.
