I placed an order online went through the drive-thru and the drive-thru told me that the original chicken machine was down and it would be a few hours before it would be fixed and they asked me if I would like my chicken extra crispy and I said yes and I had placed a good so they asked me to pull into a parking spot and told me they would bring the food out when it was ready this was at quarter to three when I ordered online and at 4:20 my food was still not brought out to me so at 4:30 I walked in and there was a couple in front of me and no one else and I was explaining to them what and they said oh is your name Peggy and I said yes I looked over and there is my bag of food under a heater that was not heated so my food was all cold and I looked in the bag and I asked the cashier why they didn't bring my food out to me that I had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting in the parking space and she said they don't bring the food out to us we have to walk in and get it. I informed her that the drive thru told me someone would bring it out to me .I think the employees need to get together and figure out how to do their jobs so the customer knows what to do and they do not have $45.00 worth of cold food to take home to their family. This is not a way to run a business.I did not have time to stand their and ask for them to remake my meal nor did anyone offer so I took the meal home and it was the WORST KFC we ever had. Read moreSo first off, I love KFC and honestly wish that they had a location closer to home. The food here is great. However, the service at this location is TERRIBLE. Twice now I've had this same problem with the US-19 branch. I ordered online through the KFC website, so that my husband could pick up the meal (8 people's worth) with no hassle and bring it home after work. For him, it's 10 minutes out of the way on an already 30 minute drive home. So he went and was told (at the time the order had said it would be ready online) that they were short-staffed and had not started his food yet. It would be 35 minutes. So he waited 40 and had not heard back yet. When he asked them again where the food was at, they informed him that they had never received his order in the first place. Seems like something that should have been addressed the first time he asked. He gave up and came home and I spent the next 4 days trying to get a refund for food I'd never received. The KFC staff sent me around in circles, none of them able to process an online or phone refund, and doubtful that they could make a refund even if I drove 40 minutes to be there in person. Their GM was not in when they said she should be, and when they took a message for me to have her call me back? Well, I'm still waiting a week later. For as nice as they all acted, none of them was willing to rectify the situation, either by giving me a refund for goods never received, or by giving me the meals I'd ordered! Read moreI was in this KFC as a delivery driver around 5:30 today. They were extremely backed up, the drive through was at least 10 cars deep, the lobby full of people. One woman told me she had waited 25 minutes for two tacos and they still weren’t being made. When she asked for her money back she was told they were too busy and she’d have to wait until they had time. She asked for the manager and was told the manager was busy too. A male friend of her’s told them to give her money back. When they wouldn’t, a fight nearly happened with the man physically going after a male worker. Then other workers got involved and started physically going after the customer. Those in the lobby took cover towards the front of the store, away from the counter, as it looked like a brawl was going to happen. They finally gave her money back and the woman and her friend left. Then the staff started arguing with each other. One argument broke out when I nicely asked one worker how long my wait would be (so I could let another driver pick up if it would be long) and another worker yelled at her for answering me. Then those two got into it! Meanwhile they still have customers pleading with them to stop arguing and just do their jobs so they could get their food!! Wow! It was crazy!
