Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Florida

My family frequents this Taco Bell due to its proximity to our home. My husband orders the same thing every time. Two bean and cheese burritos. Today, the girl working the drive through literally told us that is not a menu item. That he could order the cheesy rice burrito but not a bean and cheese burrito. We explained we order this every time without an issue and she continued to argue with us. She actually got nasty with us and began demeaning us for stating that their bean burrito has cheese on it, making it a regular bean burrito… with cheese. I’m not sure what’s happened to common sense, but we didn’t feel comfortable ordering after this argument, as we now became worried our food order would be incorrect or worse, messed with by an angry employee who simply couldn’t do her job correctly. I’m all for livable wages, but when you lack the skills to perform your job without complete incompetence and a nasty attitude, it’s hard to get behind justification for higher wages. Let’s just say it’s no wonder she can’t find a better job...

This was my go to spot for Taco Bell for years. I had an order for 5 people so I went inside. They lady who took my order seemed like she was trying but kept making mistakes and wound up fixing my order multiple times. the food arrived within 15 min and I left. There were at least 10 homeless people outside circling my car asking me for food. Once I got home, all the food was ice cold and everything about the order was wrong. I asked for extra sauce and sour cream which i paid for and nothing had extra anything. There wasn't even sour cream on the items I asked for extra. They even forgot my son's order. I had to go back and get it. When I got there the lady made it seem as if I forgot it. The lady called my name so I grabbed the bags. The food wasn't in the bag. Not so much as a sorry! For 3 years we have been coming to this taco bell drive thru. We'd go to other locations but this is the closest to our home. 9 times out of 10 they ALWAYS mess up the order. I wish I was exaggerating. They either forget an item from our order or make the food wrong or both. Today I went for lunch, ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos and a meximelt. They almost forgot the meximelt, luckily the cashier asked about it. They even told her it was in the bag and she said no it isn't, lol. Then I get home and I see that on both of my burritos they forgot the avocado ranch. So, in addition to forgetting food half the time, they also don't know how to make the most basic of menu items. We call each time and they ALWAYS say they will address it but apparently that never happens. Don't waste your time or money on this location. From now on I'm just going to the one a little farther...
