KFC — Restaurant in Florida

Went through the drive through and placed a order for 2 dinners the same way and I got to the window to pay for my order and I was rudely told they didn't do add on to the order and I was then told if I leave and go back through the drive in and order another dinner ! Really !! I tried to explain to them I placed the 2 exactly dinners but it is my fault the cashier didn't ask if the order was correct .I pulled in a parking space called inside to speak to the manager I was so upset . But little did I know she was the 1 that was so rude to me but I contained myself and was so rude ..I dont recommend it for anyone to choose I know I will never eat at this KFC service was very rude I hope someone above this store train employees to respect people trying to eat from their...

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE KFC I've ever been to. This is the 5th night in a row I have been here to get 2 pot pies each time I was told the same thing are out .I've been here between the hours of 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm and they're out, come on seriousSE! !! I was told tonight I would need to come during the day to purchase them then heat them up for dinner! That is completely unacceptable!! ! Then I've also been told that there are other kfc's .I don't live near THE OTHERS I should be able to walk into the restaurant NEAR ME to get what I want. Walk into no one in line and waited for over 10 min just to have our order taken. Tried to order a dbl decker taco and was told they no longer make them when they still have all the stuff to make them. It makes no sense. Ordered my kids some food some, cheesy rollups for my some which had hardly any cheese in the middle and the cheese that was there wasn't even melted. Then order two tacos for my daughter with no cheese and wouldn't you know it they still put cheese on it. I would highly advise everyone from staying away from this location.
