Drive through: Always fast, friendly and accurate. I don't think I have any negatives about it. Dine in: This is where things have gone wrong. We walked in and was immediately pointed to the kiosk. First off, I HATE technology. So we go over and order. It took a while to figure out some things, like how to get a soft taco instead of a crunchy taco, but we finally placed our order. It would've been faster if there had been someone at the register. Then, because we were paying cash, we had to stand and wait for the cashier, who was busy with drive through. After the cashier arrived, we were informed they have no ZERO sugar soda, only diet coke in stock. Okay, the kiosk said they had Pepsi ZERO. If I had known that they didn't actually have any, I wouldn't have ordered a meal. We finally received our food and it was good. The nachos I ordered were correct and plenty of toppings. Bottom line, if you want to dine in, it's faster to go through drive through and get your food, then come in and sit down. Also, they disabled the soda machine so you have to ask for refills now. Read moreAround 7-7:30 on February 6th, 2020 I ordered a Regular Wedges, 2 Soft Tacos Supremes, 2 Cinnamon Twist, 3 Cheesy Roll Ups, 3 Cheese Fiesta Potatoes, Lg Mac n Cheese, and Buffalo Chicken Nacho Fries. I was not given a receipt and I wasn’t given my Mac n Cheese. Went back to the drive thru window and the blonde girl working told the skinny red head who did not come to talk to me personally and ignored what she said and gave me a cheese cup. I repeated Mac n Cheese and the skinny redhead or brunette working at the window looked at me nasty and gave me a regular TINY Mac n cheese. I told them it wasn’t what I paid for and the guy in the back SHOUTED IN A NASTY MANNER he wasn’t giving me it without a receipt. However, no one was talking to me directly. SO, I had to shout FROM MY CAR that they can CHECK THE COMPUTER (because I worked fast food and knew my order was in the computer). The skinny one came over with attitude and demanded I repeat my order EXACTLY. And GUESS WHAT ? I ordered A LARGE MAC N CHEESE, which was NOT given to me. She did NOT apologize. Read moreI've been going to Taco Bells all over this country since they started 50 years ago. This is the absolute worst but only in the last year. Took 15 minutes from the order kiosk to finally get to the serving window, then sat at that window for another 10 minutes. The manager was serving at the window, when I said it took a long time , she went off on me like I've never heard before making it seem like I had no understanding or patience. I could see her arguing with other employees and other customers at the inside counter, then she came to the window and argued with me. She was wearing a manager shirt with no name tag, I asked her if she was the manager on duty and she answered yes but would not tell me her name. When I said it took to long she litteraly screamed at me. I could see the people in the car behind me and they were obviously annoyed as well. This person has no place being in a manager position.
