I rarely leave reviews, but this is more of an act of service to the public. If I could give this restaurant negative 5 stars I would. I’ve never been to such a poorly run, dishonest, immoral, disgusting restaurant in my life. We live close to this restaurant and we have consistently had terrible experiences over the years I’ve lived here. I keep thinking managment or staff will change eventually, but nothing ever changes. The owner doesn’t care clearly. The employees are rude, have poor hygiene, are unmotivated (to the point they make it obvious), & act like you’re bothering them when it is quite literally their job. If they don’t have well done chicken, they just give you the regular slimy undercooked chicken and think you won’t notice. When you let them know your order is wrong, they get an attitude and snap on you about how that’s the only chicken they have on hand. Why not just let the customer know so they can change their order or go elsewhere? If you order through an app, it’s even worse. If you order 2 breasts, they’ll just give you thighs instead of doing the right thing and contacting you. This restaurant is also a Taco Bell & it’s definitely not better on that side. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles & it came with pickles & the tacos I ordered were wrong too. Mind you, I realized the sandwich was wrong when I went to take a bite of it. My mouth had been on it & I also opened it up and touched it to check for the pickles. No big deal, mistakes happen. I go inside to let them know. I assumed they would just take all the incorrect food, and throw it away as most places do. However, they just left it sitting there on the counter in front of me while I waited (for almost 10 min). All of a sudden a girl comes from the back that smelled so bad. I could not believe how bad she stunk working at a restaurant. She only grabbed the chicken sandwich out of the bag & informed me I could keep the tacos because “we can’t use those”. I was kinda shocked, & as I opened my mouth to ask what she meant by “use” the sandwich, she slammed it into a bag and handed it out the drive through window!! I was speechless!!! I just waited for my correct food in silence after that questioning if it was even safe to eat, or if I should just throw it away and go somewhere else…. Another time I ordered 2 soft shell tacos for my daughter and they were soaking wet! Water was actually dripping out of them. I’ve never seen anything like it. & when I asked them if the lettuce is kept sitting in water, they told me no? So then why are the tacos soaked? I went to another nearby restaurant to get her something else so she didn’t have to eat mushy wet tacos. I mentioned my experience to the employee at the other restaurant and they informed me they used to work at that KFC/Taco Bell and recommended not to ever eat at that location. Read moreStopped at the drive thru for a quick Bite, young man at the drive thru was possibly having a bad day I surely hope that his unprofessional behavior was for that reason and not the way he present himself daily. I Always said please and thank you through my order placement was never given a total, proceeded to the window to pay where he simply extended his hand to collect the money, it was not until I waited for him to give me direct eye contact when he finally told me my total. Gave me my change, no receipt, handed me my food and walked away from the window. I sat waiting because I never received my drink, when he returned a minute later, he looked at Me as if though I had done something wrong I looked at him as said that I did not receive my drink, he reached to the right and passed me A drink that had apparently been sitting there for quite some time due to the condensation on the cup and the cup was 3/4 full with melted ice. Instead of causing a scene I just decided to drive off and give a review of my service and treatment. *Never got a thank you or anything , just poor and unprofessional service *, this was literally my first visit back to KFC or any other fast food restaurant in a while because of poor and unprofessional customer service and I can clearly see that still hasn’t changed. Ordered the 8 piece bucket/8piece chicken tender (Digital exclusive) which was to be dipping sauces included, with mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, fries, and 4 biscuits. I picked up the order, got back to my cousins place, and noted there were no chicken tenders at all and no dipping sauces. The staff was friendly when i picked up my order. I did call the KFC in Haines City, Florida to let them know I didn’t receive my tenders or dipping sauces. The person on the phone was friendly, but told me he could not refund my credit card for me not getting the tenders and dipping sauces. He did tell me he could give me an 8 piece tender and sauces if I come back to the store, but, I let him know I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home to NYS, and couldn’t come back to the place. He was nice and apologetic, but I was very disappointed, as I looked up the price of the 8 piece tenders alone, and they are $15.99 (that’s without dipping sauces). My order came to over $32.00. I definitely will check my order if I ever pick up an online order again, as I’m partially blaming myself for not checking it when I picked it up.
