Well, I have to say I’ve been to a lot of Wingstop’s in my life, but this one was by far the worst one that I’ve ever been to. I did an online order that came out to a total of $144 and let me tell you it was a waste of money. The french fries were over cooked and burnt to a crisp.. inedible! my corn was also burned. They forgot my veggie sticks. Most of the wings were left not eaten because of the rubbery texture, and how many veins were inside of the chicken.
When I called to this location to share my concern about the quality of my food I talk to the general manager, and her name was Shay and she was the most rudest most incompetent person I’ve ever spoken to in my life. Extremely poor manners when I told her that I forgot my veggie sticks she told me that I was a liar. She did not help me at all. She said that there was nothing that she could do with the quality of my food and she told me if I’m unhappy with my food then drive back to the location and return it when I explained to her that I was having a football watching party, she then said, that “it sounds like it’s your own problem.” When I continue to complain she started to laugh and said “I’m about to hang up this phone because I can’t hear this anymore.” Super childish.
At this point, I’m not even upset with the food anymore. I’m upset with the workers that they have hired and the people that they chose to make their general managers mainly just because they were so rude. Horrible experience, I would rather drive the extra 15 miles to a further Wingstop to not deal with any of...
Read moreFood was very good but i do have complaint one of the workers was very rude we first walked in and she said it was a 45 minute wait and then we just decided to go check into our hotel and then place an order online to pick it up. We then when a picked up our order we walked back in and she said in a rude tone “it’s still a 45 min wait” and we said we had two online order and she was like well ones not ready and I don’t see the other one and then she checked and she was like oh here’s one of them it’s been sitting out for a while and they wrote your name wrong even though they didn’t. Then we waited an additional 20 mins for the other but that’s not the main problem. When we had finished eating our food and went to throw away there was a trash can and it was kind of behind the counter so we asked if we could throw it in there and she said “no” in sarcastic tone and then we asked wait can we or not and she said “obviously that’s what it’s for” in a very rude tone. Overall very bad customer service atleast from the one lady but food was good. If your the rude lady respectfully if you don’t like your job find a new one all you did was take orders it’s...
