Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Worst place ever in the name of Taco Bell/KFC!! I ordered t4 which is a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supreme. I got a hard and a soft as well as a drink that comes with, I got sweet tea. The worst sweet tea in the world! Tasted like 5 days old, no joke! The Mexican pizza tasted like burnt oil, took one bite and threw it away. My hard taco. .. So greedy as if it had sat for at least 20 min, the whole bottom fell apart (not fresh at all) soft taco was ok other than soggy also. Called the store after arriving home and experiencing this situation. . The girl that answered, should not answer a company phone, EVER!! Put me on with manager that had a strong language barrier but clearly said his name was "Brandon"... I friend to confirm his name and he immediately said hold... I held for 12 mins. .. Hung up and kept calling back. Was sent to a fax for 20 times of calling.! WOW! ! Got a person to finally answer and it was obviously a dude changing their voice to sound like a female and said their name was Megan! I asked for the manager again and the person said, ummm. .. Hold on, and the literally hung up the phone. Called back several times again and was sent to fax! They OVIOUSLY have caller ID and were Avoiding my call!!! I am not done with them! I will go to the end to get these people away from food and customer service. I'm one pissed customer and they have me at me going full swing in getting...

Need to train employees with customer service and if they don’t want to work or don’t like it need to change employees or there is a rotten egg in the staff that make all of them like that and need it sooner then later. Worst customer service ever and it’s rude to close door on customer face and when I was trying to talk and nocked on window 2 employees standing right there ignoring me and hade no customers in the store or at the drive through opens door and doesn’t even ask if I wanted something, I ask for a source and gives me 10 packets of sauce and he isn’t even responsive and I didn’t say anything because people like them make customer service look bad the worst and I’m not asking for a 5 star service but hello I’m a paying customer you are not working for free. Trash. The employees, the food, the service. All of it. Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no rice. Add chicken. All it was is rice and chicken,no beans. Cheese was old and coagulated. The one dollar shredded chicken melt, next to the burrito for reference to how pathetic it was, was dry and the chicken was cold and stringy. I live less than 8 mins away from here, so it wasnt from travel or sitting. This food was prepared, home and out of the bag in less than 15 minutes. Go to look for the receipt to call over, and guess what, no receipt included. 3 menu items from the taco bell side, 1 two piece from the KFC Side and all of it was old, nasty food, barely any contents inside of the entrees, this was pathetic...
