Horrible experience . Indian lady made a mistake yesterday & wouldnât own up to it today . Yesterday, I was attempting to pre-order for my boyfriend as he works at take five 5 oil change which is in the same plaza as this subway, I told him I found a deal of the day deal, and I was ordering everything he would like for the sandwich as I was trying to order in advance, It would not let me for some reason order online, it kept coming up an error. . Since the app wasnât working, I told him if he has a few minutes to show the worker the order I sent to him ( I sent to him as a screenshot as i had every topping etc, picked out) and just pay in store IN HOPES NOTHING WOULD BE MESSED UP & I sent him a screenshot of the deal of the day (yesterday It was the philly steak) with the $3 upgraded to a foot-long as well as a Macadamia nut & double chocolate chip cookie (with tax comes out around $10.69) . As he doesnât have much time because he has to get back to work he didn't realize she didnât give him the cookies , as he was in a hurry he paid with his card , got the receipt & left . As I asked him for the receipt, once he got home, we discovered, not only did she not ring it underâ The deal of the dayâ she rung it as a regular priced Philly foot-long sandwich, she failed to acknowledge the cookies, but, yet charged him for an extra cup drink that he never received. Which the total came out to a whopping $17.30. I called the store last night around 8pm & the male that answered assured me the âmanagerâ will be there 9-5 tomorrow & we would be able to come in for a refund of at-least the difference & hopefully the two cookies she forgot too. She refused any refund & refused that she made any mistake. Although, she never even gave him the drink and could clearly read the deal of the day meal right off of his phone that you could see on your cameras. Well as soon as i placed the order i get a call from the store it was a lady (name intel?) she worked at 2:30 on 4/13/24 and she refused to give me her name. She said they dont participate in the 50% off so they had to cancel the order snd i said oh why if your app says you do. She said because we dont and said she was canceling our order i said okay let me get your name then she hung up on me. I called back asking to speak the manager and somehow there was âno managerâ but she gave me some name im not sure what it was. (Intel?) This is terrible service and they need to do better. Wasted my time and money and now i dont have my money in my account (which was the last bit i had) to get lunch on my break.    Read moreWent in for a sub for me and my man, came in close to close around an hour before and it felt like I was being rushed, it felt belittling being asked questions that no other sub place asks, I don't know what type of sub I want, I want meat cheese and toppings. After not having a good time with the customer service I finally got my subs 25$ for both, a scam. I find out the next day that we both got food poisoning, two days after that when we we're finally feeling well enough to go in and maybe get our money back for a horrible experience, she tells me that for one there's no manager on shift, she's on vacation or something till Monday and two that she would choose to only refund 1 sub or none, and three they didn't have my receipt even though they're supposed to keep them, she said so herself.
