Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

After placing this order we went to pick it up, Staff was friendly and punctual, After that it kind of went downhill. I was not given all of my items but did not notice until I got home, Didn't Think I needed to check to make sure the staff did their job right.

I called the store and explained that they had forgotten one of my items which was not a huge issue at 1st, Then I kindly asked that they deliver my food they forgot to me since they made the mistake. I was told by the young lady on the phone that she spoke to the manager and that they would not be doing that as it was a carry out so they could offer me a credit or I could come back and pick it up. I was a bit upset about this as I didn't make the mistake, The staff did. So I drove back to the store, Wasting gas and more time of mine not to mention as you can guess my other food was cold by the time I got back home. In addition it was not like he didn't have drivers as when I got back they had 3 or 4 delivery cars sitting outside, Clearly he had the man power to make it right

Overall I am very unhappy with this visit as the manager could have done more to make this right, I used to manage a pizza location and had my staff member made a mistake like this, I would have sent the item to the customer carry-out or delivery, Perhaps he could use some better customer service training to better know how to handle a mess up by his staff

If this is the service I should expect to see in the future perhaps I should take my business elsewhere, We spent nearly 80.00 last night, That is a lot of money to spend to be treated this way, I'm sure a lot of the other local shops would love to...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave reviews but I feel the service I received was ridiculous. I placed an order for delivery using the app, got my wallet and realized I didn't have anything smaller than $100 Bill. I called them immediately and asked if the driver would have the change. I was told no, I asked how long it would be for delivery as it was not giving me an ETA yet, he said at least 25 mins. I said I'm going to run to the store and get some change and be right back, he said that is fine. After the phone call the app showed that it was being prepared and then that it was on the way. 30 mins after it was supposed to be here I called and after 10 mins of them trying to find my order said that it had been cancelled, I asked why. She said the manager told her that the driver was afraid he wouldn't be able to find the house, so he cancelled it but I was more than welcome to place the order again. It will be another driver the one that cancelled it has already left work for the night. Had I known that, I had to go out and get change I couldn't just picked the thing up! I normally give Grace but that was crazy to me!! Usually if something like that happens a manager will get on the phone and at least apologize or something, but no. Cancelling app now and will not be ordering...

it's so rare that you encounter good customer service from a restaurant here in Pasco that you sometimes forget it (good customer service) exists.

on two occasions in the last week i've ventured to the local pizza hut on 52 and Little and have had such good customer service that it should be put out to the interwebs.

Gigi took my order the first time i was there and suggested something i wouldn't have typically considered due to my low budget. we're talking value here folks. she was pleasant and gracious and fabulous, all at the same time. oh, and she was a third day transfer to the store. who knew?

my second ordering experience caught them on a friday afternoon on Labor Day Weekend after their systems had crashed. phones were ringing off the hook, people were walking in, everyone round these parts wanted some tasty pizzas.

the crew was in the weeds but they shook it off in part because of the leadership of one of the shift managers Kera, who turned a bad situation into a good one.

the best thing we can do is fill out their surveys and give them five stars and this kind of exemplary customer service can be another part of Pasco.
