King's Wok — Restaurant in Florida

DONT EAT HERE IF SO...DONT USE CARD HERE! If you read this and proceed that's on you. I've been going here almost weekly for 2 years because that's what my last review said that I posted 2 years ago and it was a good one but this one is a review of thievery & I believe they do it strategically. I was charged 40$ on a 12$ order. Come back and they say they can't do nothing. Show my bank statement moments after... Had to make uber turn around to figure out charge. And women with accent really rude and doesn't know what she's talking about half the time which is ok but not when it's utilized for stealing and acting like it's a mistake. I seen folks in there with same problems when I'm there and never thought nothing but maybe a language barrier....

But I now believe they do ratty stuff like steal smile then say they can't help you in no way when you call them out directly.... was shocked then realize the type of family they are. The type that tries to act dumb when they know exactly what they doing. blatantly stealing consistently. DONT EAT HERE IF SO...DONT...

The restaurant has a lot of things to do if they are going to have close to a 5 star rating, unfortunately I can't give more than 2 stars and the 2 stars were based on fast service and friendly atmosphere only. The food I had to throw all of it out , the rice was sticky and like mash potatoes, it had hardly any pork in the pork fried rice and it was not pleasant to eat. The sauce for the garlic chicken had peices of unknown substance in it and looked like peices of chicken bone that turned soft also the spareribs with bone was also undercooked in part of the order and very tough to impossible to eat literally almost pulled a tooth out trying to eat it. I did not care for the taste or the appearance of the food. Overall I would say if you can't get food anywhere else this would be the last place on the list only if I was starving. I normally don't post reviews but I must post as something has gone terribly wrong with the food here as the last two times that we have bought food here some of our trays of chicken where terribly dried out and hard to the bite and the noodles have had the scent and taste of something burnt! I complained before and the guy tried to comp me for next two meals that I purchased in the future but I only excepted one. This time I complained trying to figure out what's happening in there to the food and I was told I'd the only one complaining! But my mother and children where all disappointed with the texture of the chicken as it was almost impossible to chew and inside of the general tso chicken it doesn't appear to be chicken making me wonder what am I really eating!smh But the noodles with the faint taste of something burnt did it for me .
