Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Florida

DO NOT GO HERE. Not in the evening at least. Worst customer service ever. Employees that dont care at all! The whole enjoyment about visiting a Kripsy Kreme is that you can get donuts fresh off the line. I was there as they were coming out and only 3 people were in front me. 20 minutes later there is still 2 people in front. All this with over 8-9 people working. I asked them "Hey could you save me some(4) hot donuts?" Both the people working the register completely ignored me. "Hey could you ask one of the people boxing the donuts to save me a few fresh ones". Ignored a second time. Even the people behind me in the line started to laugh at me and the workers. At me because they were ignoring me and at the workers because of how inept and how little they cared about helping customers in line. I dont understand why a store with 4 people boxing donuts and 2 at the register not one wanted to help a single person in line get a hot donut.

When the guy at register was free he finally responds with "Now you can talk. What do you want." Again i wanted fresh donuts that were coming right off the line. He stares at them and sais "They are about to be cold. See where they are passing through right now. Thats a fan that makes them cold. So they are cold now. Although I can give you these in the display cause it doesnt really matter now."

My mind is blown. Why do you have to explain all that to me. I can obviously tell what is happening. I wanted it hot and fresh... I have had one good experience in the morning. But this was so bad. Dont go in the evening, morning...

I went in today during the night shift and it was horrible. Ok. The donuts are delicious but unfortunately the service is not. The store was extremely dirty. The trash was overflowing, there was a coffee spill in the dining room area. Tables were sticky and the Cashier........Poor Cashier. I believe her name was Valeria, the poor girl was going around in circles taking care of the long line and doing cashier. She was SUPER nice and she apologized for the long way. SHE DID AWESOME , for being ALL ALONE AND THERE WERE 3 GIRLS JUST FOOLING AROUND BY THE DRIVETRHU AREA. NO MANAGER AT ALL. Like where was the manager? We were there for about 20-30 minutes and no one came to help the cashier. there was never a manager in the floor. That is not managing a store. I give cashier,Valeria, proms she handle it very well all on her own and those girls were just drinking and doing nothing. I have been in Costumer Service for over 15 years and this restaurant IS NOT ONE TO BE VISIT TWICE. That cashier need managers that appreciate and see the good work she does. OH WAIT....... Gotta love Krispy Kreme's donuts.  You can never go wrong with a Boston creme 😋.  I especially love their service especially when the hot light is on and I can definitely get the donuts when I want and hot as well.  The last time I was there I had some great service, especially when it came to getting the order ready and making small talk as that was going on 🗣.  I was actually on vacation with my family and I'd day the location was mostly based on the restaurants around, including yours truly.  It just made it better when the cashier gave me my money back in my hand: when it comes to that I am especially focused on respect 💵.   Overall I will definitely be coming back the next time 🙃😛.  I just love food and I can't help but travel different areas to find more and more places to eat different types of foods 🍗.  I was actually thinking about getting a job here, because this place might actually give me type 2 diabetes with the amount that I eat every time I have it 🍩.  They have the perfect location especially for traffic, like if I'm on my way back from a long day, this'll definitely be one of the places I'll stop at before making my way home 🛵.  I hope this place stays around so that I can continue to have a solid place to get sweets when I decide to...
