Since my arrival I was waiting for a table for me and my family and they gave me 20 minutes, more than 35 minutes passed and they had not seated me, taking into account that it was not very crowded. But what I disliked was that they gave a table to a family with the same number of people as mine, long before me... This then took longer than normal for a waitress to arrive to serve us, as we already knew we were going to eat We decided to assemble the complete order of drinks and a main course, but even so, they took a long time to bring what was requested. In addition, both the meat that my wife ordered and the full rack ribs that I ordered, were cold and poorly served, but there was no way to ask them to improve the dish since the waitress did not appear again, not even to ask for the bill. my daughter left her hamburger almost complete because the meat was burnt and cold, my wife left more than half of her steak because it was cold and it is unpleasant to eat cold meat and I left half of my plate for the same reason . Came out said they weren’t taking any more customers inside after my husband explained to them we have been waiting for so long we finally got in this is the closest longhorn to us since we moved it is 30 minutes away from our house , finally got in our server was great food was pretty good , we were the last customers dinning inside upon finishing dinner my baby took off running in the restaurant because it was empty I got up and went after her that forgot her little baby bag which included my purse at the table when I got home and realized that I’m missing the bag we contacted the restaurant the manger said there was no bag in the restaurant we drove back over there because it has all my credit cards and bank information in the bag the manger stated that no one on his team would take the bag that he looked everywhere he said we may have come in with a bag he doesn’t know my husband and I are both general mangers at restaurants as well so we stated to him if he can check the cameras he’ll see that we came in with the bag and never left with it and we were at the little back booth sitting just us and the crew members in the location he said there’s nothing he can do and that the restaurant doesn’t have any cameras I would have to come back tomorrow at 3pm when the general manger Marie is in and talk to her .... this was at 1 am in the morning we watched the crew members leave they saw me sitting there with my baby I was crying because I was so hurt they even said no we didn’t see any bag just for me to get 3 text messages from 2 different credit card company’s at 1:22 am that there was 77.31 attempt on my cards at the 7-Eleven in the area called the credit card company just to realize they got off $80 on each card !! Read moreAbsolutely shambles and joke of a place. We where away on holiday and tried one of these restaurants at Champions Gate which was almost as bad. This one was a joke! We went as a part of 12 and was told 45 min wait. Fair enough... after 1 hour we had still not been seated yet 3 other larger parties had turned up and been seated before us? You can't book for big parties as we did try before going. Coincidence that comment was passed on how they loved our British accent yet we where stood waiting for almost 2 hour to be seated and yet 3 parties who were all Americans where seated with in 25 mins. After 1.5 hours wait a few of us went to use the rest rooms and saw many empty tables and we said we would be happy to take 2 or 3 tables and even be split up to be told same wait time? Roll on 9:30 (the close at 10:00pm) we are finally sat down with Hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Couldn't take our order quick enough and then got some of the meals mixed up. 6 of the party had orders jacket potato with their meal to be told they had ran out but they could do French fries..... cold ones at that also. This I did complain about and within minutes red hot fresh fries appeared. They then Couldn't get our cheques to us quick enough. Its reasonably priced but not cheap. I've eaten in loads of top quality steak houses around the world and although the restaurants look nice the steaks are average to low. I had rib eye at Champions gate (medium rare) and it came rare. I had fillet at Kissimmee and was fairly bland. Glad I didn't opt not to have seasoning. In both restaurants the wait time at the bar is also unacceptable. They seat people at the bar to eat so there is only a small section to be served a Drink while you wait.
